Najib to be jailed on Tuesday?

Malaysiakni - Kadir foresees Najib's arrest on Tuesday (extracts):

A Kadir Jasin, the spokesperson for the Council of Eminent Persons, believes former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak may be arrested when he gives his statement to the MACC on Tuesday.

Kadir said this was based on precedence, citing the arrest of Felda chairperson Mohd Isa Abdul Samad when giving his statement to the commission over alleged graft in Felda Investment Corporation.

"I think this Tuesday, Najib will have to go to MACC to give his statement in relation to an earlier case.

"The chances are that he will give his statement and then be arrested. He will be taken to court for remand and he will be clothed in the famous MACC orange t-shirt.

"That was what happened to his good friend Isa. Remember he was asked to go to MACC and he was arrested, taken to court, remanded and wore the orange MACC t-shirt," he told Malaysiakini.

Kadir said anyone could make the conclusion that the 1MDB matter is about to be taken to the Malaysian courts.

Kadir Jasin is the mouthpiece of Mahathir, and Mahathir is the new ruler of Malaysia.

If the mouthpiece says Najib will be imprisoned on Tuesday, the Najib will be.

The mouthpiece's words are virtually the Emperor's imprimatur.

I believe Anwar will also be very very pleased, as of late I have begun to notice Anwar's growing schadenfreude at Najib's misfortune, wakakaka.

Anwar will not soon forget that...

  2. Not yet charged already presumed guilty? Looks like the justice reforms are well underway. Who needs courts and judges, when we can abolish them and instead the rakyat can be the judges as they have demanded so?

Next we might have court cases on TV whereby guilty or innocence will be determined via phone-in and Facebook-like votes. Public executions will be the highlight of the show and ratings will skyrocket. The esteemed honourable court judges knows nothing when compared to the man/woman/children/LGBT on the streets, so why waste money paying for them?

    2. There were time like this, this morning I was eating half-boiled eggs, after I broke the shells before eating them, I knew they were rotten eggs. Only those who failed in reading, comprehension, maths and logic would need to swallow them before they can tell the eggs were rotten. Wakakakaka ...........

    3. Quran doesn't simply presumed someone guilty without a clear judgement. Neither would I presume you to be a bahlol even though I think you are. Hohohoho!

    4. Ahh but Peter, you presumed them to be rotten before breaking the shell. So how do you know its rotten then?

    5. That's why I said you failed in reading! Read again what I wrote.

Oh I also forgot those crooked vendor and their accomplice would never admit their eggs were rotten. First they will insist they are not rotten but when the smell were really terribly bad they will say the eggs were not from their farm but were donated by someone. Wakakaka ..............

    6. Then you failed to read the case. You presumed that the egg was cracked open but its not. Only thru a fair trial and a verdict by the honourable judge will the egg is deemed rotten. Anything else is hearsay.

    7. Oh, you also quote the Quran, you fake John Hasan, don't swear vainly in the name of God, wakakaka. You who once declared you are a Chinese, you failed to use the common sense god has given to you by insisting you have to swallow the eggs before you can tell they are rotten, please don't soil the name of your god lah. Oh I also know you like to have the last words everytime, okay lah you can reply this and I will let you have the pleasure, wakakakaka .............

    8. Peter seems to have a comprehension problem. If you haven't cracked the egg, why do you assumed it to be rotten? Neither does your analogy doesn't help with your argument. You have an egg, you smell something rotten, you assumed the egg to be rotten. Such logic takes a big leap of imagination and discounts other factors.

  3. Is kaytee going to commit seppuku? Najib had tried the herman goering trick. He had said bluntly that history is written by victors.

Wee bit of celebrity before eisenhower thrown him into prison with no special priveleges. Nuremberg trial is so spectacular in exposing nazi crime especially herman goering that he committed suicide the day after

Check out how albert speer got away with hanging. Kaytee should check out on that.

    Meanwhile where my firecrackers are

  4. Arrest is not imprisonment.

In fact , he may not see the inside of a jail cell at all , if they choose to treat him with kid gloves.
He may be asked to appear in court , to be charged.
    After Arrest, per the Constitution,
he has to be produced before a magistrate within 24 hours. At that point there are 3 possible outcomes..
    a) Released on Bail pending further investigation.
    b) Prosecution requests for remand , which may or may not be accepted by the Magistrate.
    c) Charged , then either (a) or (b)

I think Najib looks great in an Orange Remand suit. :-)

  5. NOOOOO.....don’t jail him so soon. We want to see him in the first parliament session at least. Sitting and hiding in the opposition backbenches. Will Azalina, Nazri and Zahid rush to defend him from 1MDB questions? But now the Auditor Generals report has been unclassified so where to hide? No more Pandikar, Keruak or Dahlan as protectors. He better bring plenty of handkerchiefs to wipe the perspiration off his upper lip.

  8. Wow! I never imagined the statement by Kadir would come out to torment Ahjibkor in such a manner.

Ths Emperor sure is mad like Hell at Ahjibkor or is it Ros with their attitude and taunting statements recently.

Maybe the early statement is a guise to draw out friends of Ahjibkor (like that Jamal Jamban) to protest at the MACC Hq and another Operation Lallang waiting to nab all of them.

I think we have not seen the full wrath yet of TDM towards those who are traitors of the Nation. Those who already crosses Ceasar's path better prepare Seppukku.

    Hail Ceasar!

  9. Najib complained that the police confiscated items that were gifts in his children’s apartments. Well, how is the police to know that, unless receipts are shown. After all if I know my house is going to be raided I can send everything to my relative’s house and say it’s a gift. But were the gifts purchased with legal money? And do remember Leonardo di Caprio and Miranda Kerr promptly returned gifts given to them by Jho Low. Similarly Najib’s children should do the same, until they can prove the legitimacy of the gifts.
