Malaysiakini:
Shamsul Iskandar Md Akin has called on the PKR disciplinary board to act against party vice-president Zuraida Kamaruddin over her statements during a dinner at the Renaissance Hotel on Sunday night.
According to the PKR information chief, Zuraida (above, right) had insulted and disparaged several party leaders such as communications director Fahmi Fadzil and PKR Perak chief Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak.
Shamsul (above, left) said that the housing and local government minister's remarks were both discourteous and unethical.
“Her personal attacks against Fahmi and Farhash is most regrettable and not reflective of her position as a cabinet minister,” he added in a statement this evening.
Fahmi and Farhash are aligned to PKR president Anwar Ibrahim whereas Zuraida is from the opposing camp headed by deputy president Azmin Ali.
During her speech at the dinner, Zuraida accused Fahmi and Farhash of influencing Anwar and described the former as a “novice” and the latter as a “mafia.”

Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak insulted by Azmin for having a non-Malaysian name just what is a "Malaysian" name? Bernard Giluk Dompok, Celestine Ujang Jilan, Gilbert Cassidy Gawing, Lim KHAT Siang? |
Meanwhile, Shamsul also referred to the PKR vice-president sharing details of her conversation with Anwar.
“I have been made to understand that during the event, Zuraida had arrogantly disclosed certain things from her purported conversation with the PKR president.
“This is a disgusting trait because the integrity of such conversations must be safeguarded and not exposed in public unless she has a certain agenda towards Anwar.
“Therefore, I am suggesting that the disciplinary board take stern and harsh action against Zuraida because what she did clearly violates party discipline and ethics. This cannot be accepted when done by a senior leader who serves as an example for the members,” he added.
Zuraida had claimed Anwar attempted to convince her that it was Azmin in the sex video, which made headlines in June.
She also claimed Anwar told her that Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad wanted him to sack Azmin.
The housing and local government minister, in her fiery speech, added that she and Azmin did not fear being dismissed from the party.

kaytee notes:
Shamsul Iskandar is absolutely correct - of all Azmin's macai's, Zuraida Kamaruddin has been the most aggressive, once (2013) even telling DAP and PAS off with feral baring of fangs, wakakaka (PAS was then DAP's matey in Pakatan Rakyat).
It had to do with the MB post after the 2013 GE. Zuraida Kamaruddin had then unbelievably told DAP and PAS pointedly to stay out on the Selangor MB appointment because, now get this, the post belonged to PKR and it was for the party alone to decide which of its ADUN should be MB. If that was not of ketuanan magnitude, I don’t know what would then be.
In a media interview she exclaimed whether the PAS and DAP state ADUN were gila kuasa (power crazy), without even recognising the irony of her accusation.
Mind you, those PAS and DAP ADUN had actually nominated a PKR person to be MB, not one of their own party members. But obviously it was not a PKR ADUN of her preference.
I would like to paraphrase one of Anwar Ibrahim’s quotes in order to address Zuraida Kamaruddin for her belief that the Selangor MB post belonged to PKR, “So you think this is your father’s state?”

Indeed, the sheer preposterousness of her pathetic pseudo-proprietary claim on the MB position would have been a great joke if not for the disturbing cardinal belief by some in PKR that they possess supreme birthrights above their political allies, an indisputable ketuanan mindset.
Thus, it indicated Pakatan’s ‘link’ to the ultimate ketuanan party, UMNO, which incidentally has been the progenitor of PKR.
As Wisdom has said, the buah bangsat langsat doesn't fall far from the langsat tree.
Now why have I taken so much pain in showing who Zuraida Kamaruddin is and what her mindset has been and probably still is, in her recommendation of Azmin Ali and Mukhriz as Pakatan's leaders for PM and DPM-designate?
As Wisdom has said, the buah bangsat langsat doesn't fall far from the langsat tree.
This was in January 2018, 4 months before the 2018 GE - for more, see TMI's Azmin, Mukhriz should be Pakatan choice as PM, DPM.
What a Bodek-er - she sure knew who to choose, wakakaka, but do you really want recommendations from a politically-demented ketuanan otak? Wakakaka again.
