Pua rues role in bringing Umno back to power

PETALING JAYA: A DAP leader who supported former prime minister Muhyiddin Yassin’s proposed framework for bipartisan political cooperation has been left lamenting Umno’s return to the premiership.
Tony Pua said it was “bad” that Pakatan Harapan was kicked out of Putrajaya in February last year.
“But playing a major starring role in returning power to Umno? Devastating,” the Damansara MP said in a Facebook post today.
Pua was among the few voices who felt that Muhyiddin’s overtures, which were considered to be a last-ditch attempt to keep the Perikatan Nasional-led government intact, should be considered by the opposition bloc.
Pua had argued that Muhyiddin’s offers – which were summarily dismissed by all opposition parties – would potentially prevent an Umno MP from becoming prime minister.
“The kleptocrats go free; the same clowns in Cabinet,” he had pointed out, referring to Umno leaders who were facing court charges.

Why won't TP admit it's Najib he is PERSONALLY against, when he had already been working hand in gloves with UMNO players?
Don't get too obsessed about individual personalities.

UMNO is an ugly, corrupt organisation.
Najib is a particularly corrupt individual, but it is UMNO culture that enabled the damage that he wrought. Same with Mahathrir.
Anwar Ibrahim has been out of UMNO for 23 years, a lifetime essentially.
Actually the rot in UMNO started when Dr M took power. He was the one who introduced money politics and ketuanan policies into UMNO.

We must respek those who are highly educated, from prestigious Universities, TP from Oxford, OKM from Cambridge, LSE, Duke. I hope the new PM will appoint these two technocrats in a Unity Cabinet...ha ha ha...

Nottingham U, yes they same town where Robin Hood came from....ie Rob the Rich and Give to the Poor, except that Jibby came home and did it the other way around in 1MDB etc. Pretend to Hentam Mahiaddin/PN but in the end voted for Mahiaddin's lackey Ismail Sabri, who may soon release the Court Cluster (after some more wayang of course).
