Mahathir's Biro Tatanegara alive and well

MM Online - Deputy minister says BTN to undergo ‘rebranding’ (extracts):

with ultra conservative Malay PERKASA

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 6 — The controversial National Civics Bureau (BTN) will not be abolished but fine-tuned and rebranded, the government said today.
During the winding up of the Royal Address in Dewan Rakyat today, Deputy Minister in Prime Minister’s Department Mohamed Farid Md Rafik promised to rebrand and fine-tune BTN.

“In line with the political changes, BTN’s module and curricular will be fine-tuned and it is being rebranded with emphasis on good values while going back to its original duties and objectives,” Mohamed Farid said. [...]

Mohamed Farid was originally asked about Sessions Court judges who were asked to attend BTN courses just before the 14th general election.

He stood his ground on both accounts, saying that even a Sessions Court judge is a civil servant and must adhere to government instructions, while reiterating that BTN is not the same as it once was

Who the fCk believes him, especially when he is also from the racist Pribumi Party.

Even RSN Rayer (DAP Jelutong) said: “Is that your assurance? That this is the new BTN, the new Pakatan Harapan BTN which is free from corruption, free from racism and has good values to strengthen ties of unity and will follow the law?” casting justifiable doubts on an agency formed by Mahathir which (no one would believe) could miraculously changed under the same sinister creator of the ultra racist BTN?

Pakatan promise di-capati-ed again, by your lovely dictator. Lim KS' mouth is stuffed shut by one fo Mahathir's bananas.

non-GST-ed, a Pakatan promise, wakakaka

  1. Wakakaka ... THEORETICALLY, BTN can be retasked to educate government service attendees on Democracy, respect for All Religions, Inclusiveness, Rule of Law... wakakakaka...

All values that have been suppressed in Malaysia for decades.

In fact , Russia after the fall of Communism did ask the West for help and funding to re-orient its sprawling Soviet Government bureaucracy towards serving a democratic society. But Putin has thrown everything out the window.

I don't trust BTN organisation and staff one bit...those same idiots who promoted "DAP is aiming to turn Malaysia into a Christian country" and "This country is Malay land which was stolen from the Melayu".

No amount of rebranding can work.
No "Fine-Tuning"; they need a Brain transplant

  2. Don't you think after so many news of corruption within the previous Govt. administration and hearing news day after day of one scandal after another of corruption being uncovered, the BTN might be useful to teach Moral studies to all Govt. employees?

When civil servants are indoctrinated already with a Ketuanan Melayu mindset to colloborate or close one eyes to so many scandals and corruptions cases involving Ketuanan Melayus warlords, chieftains, village heads, religious heads etc, a complete revamp and reindoctrination of their mindset is required.

A setup like BTN is thus necessary and no need to create a new one. Just make sure BTN is reformed and headed by more qualified people with higher moral values instead of racists and bigotted morons.

  3. The REAL Womens Minister Hannah Yeoh takes charge over the Child Marriage issue. Kak Wan is not up to it. Hannah's approach to raise the minimum age of marriage to 18 via the Sultans, who are the protectors of Islam in their respective states is the correct one. All the laws made by Parliament won't help. Good Job Hannah, now 8 more sultans to go...

Yeoh lauds Selangor Sultan for initiating efforts to raise minimum marriage age to 18.

PETALING JAYA: Deputy Women, Family and Community Development Minister Hannah Yeoh has lauded Selangor Ruler Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah's effort to raise the minimum age for marriage to 18 in Selangor.

Yeoh, who had an audience with Sultan Sharafuddin at Istana Bukit Kayangan on Monday (Aug 6) morning, said she was happy to be back at the palace to thank the Selangor Ruler for initiating the effort.

"I have enjoyed every conversation with Tuanku, understanding the whys behind Tuanku's decrees.

"Here is a Ruler who is concerned about the best interest of children. Proud to be a Selangorian," she wrote on her Facebook later the same day.

The call came after an in-depth discussion on the matter between Mais, Selangor Syariah Judiciary Department, Selangor Islamic Religious Department, and other relevant parties such as academics, health experts and NGOs, following a decree by Sultan Sharafuddin.

  4. In the name of the greatest people that have ever trod this earth, I draw the line in the dust and toss the gauntlet before the feet of tyranny, and I say ketuanan now, ketuanan tomorrow, ketuanan forever.

Alamak, cancel, no need, ketuanan no matter who wins!!!
