Nicole Wong (MCA Youth) suffers alleged sexual harassment against her & daughter

Malaysiakini:

MCA Youth chief lodges police report over threats to self, daughter

MCA National Youth chairperson Nicole Wong has lodged a police report over alleged sexual harassment against her and her daughter after her private phone number was misused by an unknown individual.

In a statement, Wong said she lodged the report at Petaling Jaya district police station today after several months of alleged threats to not only her personal safety but also to the safety of her young daughter.

Aside from threats sent to her number, she claimed that her name and mobile number has been wrongly used to promote false involvement in activities such as the distribution of free rice packets and selling cheap face masks, as well as illegal activities including selling drugs.

Wong said the harassment had started back in February and at first she remained unperturbed.

However, the incidents escalated over time as she continued to receive various erotic photos and threats of sexual harassment via text messages.

In the most recent case, Wong said she discovered yesterday that there was "fake news" being shared that she would be distributing free face masks.

  1. KT rightly so concerned about MCA youth leader receiving death threat. But was he concerned when the same happened to DAP youth leader?

Perak exco Howard Lee claimed a death threat was made against him in a Whatsapp group.

Lee said his aide had lodged a police report and he had met the police today for his statement to be recorded.

"I leave it to the police to investigate the death threat," he said in a statement today.

Lee did not disclose the nature of the death threat but said a screenshot of the threat was sent to him.

"I am always open to differing opinions but death threats such as this are serious and require action from the authorities," said the DAP Youth chief.

The Pasir Pinji assemblyperson stressed that he has conducted his duties as a Perak exco to the best of his ability.

DAP assemblyman gets death threat in the mail

GEORGE TOWN: DAP’s Seri Delima assemblyman, Syerleena Abdul Rashid, has lodged a police report after receiving a death threat on Tuesday.

The threat, handwritten on a piece of paper, was found in the letter box of her service centre at Taman Seri Delima here about 3.30pm.

The note, with the words “Maut Menanti Kamu” (Death Awaits You), was written with a red marker pen.

Syerleena said she lodged the report at the Jelutong police station about 7pm out of fear of her family’s and her own safety.

“This is the first time I am receiving a death threat. Usually, I would only receive threats on social media. This is a serious matter.

“I hope police will expedite investigation and arrest the culprit,” she told a press conference on Wednesday.

Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin has appointed Tiong King Sing as the Special Envoy to China with ministerial rank. Effectively, the already bloated 70 ministries Cabinet is now consisting of an eye-popping 72 ministers, including the recent promotion of Hadi Awang as Special Envoy to the Middle East (despite Saudi Arabia still considers Mr. Hadi as a “terrorist”).

However, unlike Hadi, whose Islamist party PAS has in its possession of 18 seats in the Parliament, Mr. Tiong’s Progressive Democratic Party has only 2 seats. Exactly how could a leader of a party with only 2 Member of Parliaments be given a ministerial position? Tiong had also humiliated PM Muhyiddin when he turned down his initial appointment as Deputy National Unity Minister.

While the name “Tiong King Sing” might sound unfamiliar, he was the big boss of Kuala Dimensi Sdn Bhd, the turnkey contractor of the PKFZ (Port Klang Free Zone) project. Yes, Tiong King Sing was the same man popularly known within the circle of MCA as the “twin brother” of Wee Ka Siong (current MCA president, whose 47% in Hijau Sekitar Sdn Bhd was a sub-contractor of PKFZ).

PKFZ Scandal - How Cost SkyRocket To RM12 Billion

Mr. Tiong, also known as the Mafia Bintulu, became a billionaire when he sold his Kuala Dimensi’s 1,000 acres (4.0 km2) of Pulau Indah land to Port Klang Authority for a cool RM1.8 billion, the same land he had bought for only RM95 million, thanks to his connection with Mr. Wee. The PKFZ soon exploded into a RM12 billion scandal due to cost overruns and financial irregularities.

The PKFZ scandal was so explosive and toxic back in 2008-09 that even the police during the era of corrupt Barisan Nasional regime had to freeze luxury cars, lands, a Gulfstream IV jet aircraft and a Learjet 60 aircraft belonging to Mr. Tiong under the Anti-Money Laundering Act. Of course, Tiong King Sing didn’t go to jail, let alone Wee Ka Siong.

Yet, the simple fact that PM Muhyiddin had to “kowtow” to a corrupt mafia boss like Tiong speaks volumes about what a weak leader he is. The racist “Malay first” Muhyiddin is not only being bullied by a rich mafia boss, but is also constantly pushed around like a prostitute by racist, extremist and corrupt politicians of the same ethnicity – UMNO and PAS Malays.
