King declares emergency for Batu Sapi, by-election postponed
PETALING JAYA: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah has declared an emergency for Batu Sapi in Sabah, which will see the constituency’s by-election postponed.
In a statement, Comptroller of the Royal Household Ahmad Fadil Shamsuddin said the King made the decision to avoid a fourth wave of Covid-19 outbreaks, with another date for the by-election to be set later on.

My thoughts on the "Slippery Slope" dangers of an Emergency Declaration where there is no Existential Threat like an Enemy invasion, is probably too seditious for Ktemoc to publish.
