Responding to a journalist's question on the matter, Anwar referenced the discovery of hundreds of millions of ringgit in a house.
“So if you find a few hundred million (ringgit) in your house, don’t touch (the case). Are you telling me that?
“Then you can't run a government. You run a kongsi gelap (criminal syndicate),” he said after a meet-and-greet session in Parliament today.
Anwar urged all parties to allow the investigation to proceed and respect the legal process.

“The principle of good governance is to investigate without bias.
“If you ask why no ministers are being probed, then name them, tell me where they’ve hidden their money - I won’t stop any action from being taken,” he added.

The Pakatan Harapan chairperson reminded everyone not to pass judgment before the investigation is complete.
Ismail Sabri is expected to appear at the MACC headquarters in Putrajaya this Friday to provide a statement regarding a corruption and money laundering probe into the expenditure and procurement for the Keluarga Malaysia promotional programme.

Cash and luxury items seized in a raid over the case
This follows a MACC raid on premises linked to Ismail Sabri’s officer, where approximately RM170 million in cash was found.
So far, the MACC has recorded statements from 31 individuals and frozen 13 bank accounts amounting to around RM2 million.
