Najib to Maddy: Eff off UMNO matters, Mind your own business 😁😂😅😆😊]

Mind your own business, Najib scoffs at Dr M over party clause amendment

FORMER prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak urged his mentor-turned-nemesis Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad to steer clear of UMNO’s affairs, given the latter is no longer a member.

“Your party’s name is PETAI (Parti Pejuang Tanah Air). Anything about UMNO, let us handle it,” he said, in a Facebook post.

Yesterday, Mahathir alleged that UMNO leaders no longer have any respect for the party’s constitution after its delegates amended its constitution recently.

“They know if UMNO election is called, there will be a massive divide. So, they took the easy way out to postpone the party polls further.

“If this is for short-term, then I don’t see a problem. However, how long do you want to postpone party election? It looks they have scant respect for UMNO’s constitution,” Sinar Harian reported the Langkawi MP as saying.

Over the weekend, UMNO delegates voted in favour to amend the party constitution to postpone its polls to no longer than six months after a general election.

The motion was tabled by UMNO vice president Datuk Seri Mohamad Khaled Nordin and seconded by fellow vice president Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

Yesterday, UMNO information chief Shahril Hamdan reminded Mahathir that the latter himself had amended the party constitution numerous times when he was helming it.

“Between 1987 and to date, amendments to the constitution that touched on party polls have been made three times.

Explain your son’s political rise

“In 1987, when Mahathir was the party president, the 10 bonus votes system for every nomination of the president and deputy president posts were introduced.

“In 1998, Mahathir introduced a quota system for top party leadership posts. Does it mean the leadership then was being disrespectful of the party constitution?” Malaysiakini reported him as asking.

Turning the tables on the nonagenarian, Najib urged Mahathir to look at how his own son, Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir, came about helming the parties established by him.

“The first party he established (Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia), his son became deputy president. When he set up the second one (Pejuang), his son became president straightaway.

“And he dares to question other party’s electoral process,” the Pekan MP remarked. – May 17, 2022

  1. Much as I believe Najib should sit in jail, I must admire him for being able to rebut the old fool without fear.

And yes, the old buffoon should realise he is no longer relevant. But worse than that, he is still the same hypocrital bitter old man. He should make peace with himself and everybody else considering he is very close to meeting his maker.
