My Comments :

1. First the KSN was told publicly on live TV to prepare a comprehensive plan to solve the Kos Sara Hidup issues. He was given TWO WEEKS to prepare the comprehensive plan (from 27th November 2022). Now its Christmas already. Still no comprehensive plan. Merry Christmas Tan Sri.

2. Then on Dec 3rd 2022 the new Cabinet was announced which included the Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri Dan Kos Sara Hidup headed by Salahuddin Ayub. So there is a full Cabinet Minister dedicated to deal with Kos Sara Hidup. Great.

3. Then there is also that "federal level task force to deal with the rising cost of living, dubbed the National Action Council on Cost of Living" also known as NACCOL.

4. Now (according to The Vibes above) Zahid has been instructed "to form a new cost of living implementation and monitoring committee along with other responsible ministers and their ministries to help deal with the issue more effectively".

Wow four different outfits to tackle Kos Sara Hidup issues. I say why not? The more the merrier. Just four weeks on the job and they already have two Federal level committees, one Ministry and the KSN's plan to tackle Kos Sara Hidup.

Has the Kos Sara Hidup started coming down? It will if you stop eating chicken - according to Rafizi Ramli.

By the way I received this comment from a friend:"I read your blog on Rafizi's advice to eat less chicken etc.

In one group of mostly Chinese members, not a single one spoke out against Rafizi.
Even though it's easy for Rafizi to pass the blame to consumers, I guess we must be stupid, happily paying exorbitant prices.
When previous government ministers make these type of silly statements like Rafizi, the media n blogs then scream on top of their voices against the establishment.
Now as quiet as church mouses. Clear example the blogs n media are partisan, perhaps more than that."

Lets see what happens over the next four weeks. Lets see what else the cat will drag in.
