M’sian Indians want action against Tamil extremist group for inciting hatred against non-Tamils

A GROUP of Malaysian Indians has lodged mass police reports against a “Tamil fanatic and extremist group” which has been propogating their cult ideologies which is against the Federal Constitution, Malaysian law and the Rukun Negara (National Principles).

This group has been deliberately attacking the Indian community in Malaysia by stating that “there is no such race called Indians but only Tamils”, according to the Global Human Rights Federation (GHRF) committee member Sivakumar Sockalingam.

“This group does not accept Tamil as an ethnicity but claiming that it’s a race,” Anbalagan pointed out in a media statement today (Aug 25) following the lodging of a police report at the Sentul District Police Headquarters.

“In Malaysia, we have various Indian ethnicity such as Telugus, Malayalees, Tamils, Sikh, Punjabi and other ethnics. The same goes to Malays and Chinese who has various ethnicities.”

Above all else, the notorious group had also made unimaginable remarks towards ‘Indian Mothers in Malaysia” by labelling them as “equally to prostitutes”.

“They have not only disrespected Indian Mothers in Malaysia but had further insulted and humiliated them. Remember that in Malaysia we have Indian Muslims, Indian Christians and Indian Hindus which transcended the race factor,” revealed Sivakumar.

“This group further intentionally insulted the Indian community by emphasising that anyone calling themselves as Indians are deemed to possess Hindi instead of Tamil as their mother tongue.

“Is this group with their twisted ideology going to do brainwash the Tamil ethnics to challenge Article 152 of our Federal Constitution which stated that Bahasa Melayu is the official language of the Federation by asking Tamil ethnics not to use Bahasa Melayu since it’s not their mother tongue?”

The Indian group led by GHRF also contended that the spreading of this kind of twisted ideologies are very dangerous as “their ill-conceived intentions and modus operandi is directed at disrupting peace, unity and harmony of all peace-loving Malaysians”.

‘Therefore, we urge PDRM (Royal Malaysia Police), MCMC (Malaysian Communications & Multimedia Commission) and the Prime Minister’s Department to investigate this matter under 3R (race, religion, royalty) provisions.”

Elsewhere, Sivalumar shared that the extremist group has also uttered threat remarks towards Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and India in the same Live TikTok session after knowing that his Malaysian counterpart Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim would make an official visit to India (from Aug 19-21).

“In so doing, they have imposed a threat that PM Modi would die and New Delhi and India would be destroyed. This kind of threat would only be done by a terrorist group,” he asserted.

“Therefore, what is the modus operandi of this group? Why are they trying to destroy or sabotage the good bonding and relationship between Malaysia and India? Likewise, why is this group targeting and attacking Indians in Malaysia?” – Aug 25, 2024
