Malaysia's second DPM, and the ONLY man KKKK feared. T'was said that Dr Ismail looked down upon KKKK as a likely UMNO young leader (then), preferring Musa Hitam instead.
If Dr Ismail had not passed away, and become the (3rd and undeniably BEST) PM we wish we had, we would probably have been spared the Kerala Kerbau we suffered for 22 years (and subsequently 22 months).
Unfortunately, the gods wanted to play around with Malaysia and thus foisted the KKKK onto the country.

Inconsequential reminisce of an impossible event that even the mentioned personality knew very well his own inability & self bigotry to want to continue serving the nation within the shell of ketuanan nursery!
ReplyDeleteNah, the base for Ketuanan Melayu were laid during Tun Razak / Tun Ismail's time.
ReplyDeleteMahathir went about expanding it throughout the entire country's structure with more determination than his predecessors and solidified it during his long tenure.
