KUALA LUMPUR, July 10 — A 22-year-old transgender woman made history when she was crowned Miss Netherlands.
The win on Sunday also qualifies Rikkie Valerie Kolle for the Miss Universe pageant, Daily Mail reported, adding that the pageant is set to be held in El Salvador in December, although an exact date has yet to be announced.
It will see participation from 24 countries with Kolle being the second transgender woman to compete in the pageant.
Earlier this year, another transgender Daniela Arroyo GonzΓ‘lez, a transgender, was selected to compete in the Puerto Rico competition.
The first woman to compete in Miss Universe as a transgender woman was Angela Ponce from Spain in 2018.
Transgender contestants have been able to compete for the crown since 2012.
Thai businesswoman and advocate Anne Jakrajutatip, who identifies as a transgender, bought the Miss Universe organisation in October 2022.

I like ππππ for two reasons, namely:
(1) to rub the local lebai's noses in real hard, wakakaka,
(2) to celebrate the West's becoming-absurd "Woke", politically correct & equality policies.
Just two days ago, as reported in the Guardian, none other than the Most Reverend Stephen Cottrell, Archbishop of York, said the "Lord’s Prayer" opening may be ‘problematic’ because the words ‘Our Father’ has patriarchal connotations, saying:
“I know the word ‘father’ is problematic for those whose experience of earthly fathers has been destructive and abusive, and for all of us who have laboured rather too much from an oppressively patriarchal grip on life.”

His PC suggestion was naturally supported by the Reverend Christina Rees (who campaigned for female bishops). Reverend Rees said the Most Reverend Cottrell had “put his finger on an issue that’s a really live issue for Christians and has been for many years” - Really?! πππ
As the Guardian continues, she added: “The big question is, do we really believe that God believes that male human beings bear his image more fully and accurately than women? The answer is absolutely not.”

It would seem Reverend Rees know better than what the scriptures stated in Matthew 6:9–13 and Luke 11:2–4. Mind, during that time, she (Reverend Rees) would have in all probability been stoned kaukau, wakakaka.
Anyway, earlier in February, the C of E said it would consider whether to stop referring to God as “he”, after priests asked to be allowed to use gender-neutral terms instead.

Kaytee proposes (with prior apologies to my Christian friends) the neutral word "IT", so that the "Lord's Prayer (a la Matthew 6:9-13) will go like this:
9 “This, then, is how you should pray:
“‘Our IT in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
10 your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us today our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.

Wakakaka, good luck Church of England!
And if you want a more detailed "the evil one" we Malaysians can also help, wakakaka.
