Most likely nodded off while driving
KL -Penang and KL-JB express bus routes , the highest volume journeys, exceed the maximum regulation driving time allowed for a single bus driver. So these buses are supposed to have a co-driver who takes over for part of the journey.
ReplyDeleteMost express bus companies ignore this regulation, and there is almost no enforcement or penalty.
Lack of political will, including the Madani government.
Anthony Loke.. what are you going to do about it ?
