When America Becomes Not Relevant, When Oil Becomes Less Relevant
First a brief video. The Saudis are really thumbing their noses at the United States. This can be very dangerous to the health of the Saudi leaders. They can get "regime changed". The British are very good at that sort of thing.
The other matter is the price of oil itself. Despite the sanctions against Russia, these threats to cut off oil, the reduction in OPEC oil production etc the price of oil is still jittery - it 'crashed' a little yesterday.
The past two weeks oil prices have been 'crashing', from just above US$80 to above US$65 per barrel yesterday.
This is despite the war in Ukraine and all the silly sanctions.
So the Americans resorting to making threats about sanctioning oil exports from Saudi Arabia does not hold much water. The Saudis making counter threats also is of not much use. The world oil markets go their own way.
But it is a loss of face for the world class bully the USA. Even the ragheads dont care too much about the USA. How will the Yanks react?
"Should we just shoot them damn sand-niggers?"
"Go ahead, make my day"
British are very good at that sort of thing
It's the other way round.
ReplyDeleteWhen oil becomes less relevant, the Saudis, the Iranians and the Russians become less relevant.
That's why the Yanks are pulling back from the Middle East.
Whether the Saudis and Iranians murder each other or fuck each other becomes less and less relavant to the Americans day by day, year by year.
Wakakakaka…
DeleteThat's what u like to remind yrself in lieu of that good old days of Yankee demoNcratic rules of order!
With the Yankee cocooning into its own lair, the world would be that much better w/o an outside instigator trying hard to gain a foothold by manipulating the in situ circumstances.
". . . the Saudis and Iranians murder each other or fuck each . . ."
ReplyDeleteWhy not relevant? Thought the US of A is the world peace keeper and policeman! Then why they bother China Mainland intention to unify with Taiwan?
