Azmin Ali has crossed the PKR Rubicon but alas, is no Caesar

Earlier today, PKR Sarawak Head Baru Bian showed his anger at the party's snub of Azmin Ali, who as Deputy President of the party, should be the one to open the Party Youth Congress next month, but had his invitation rescinded. Baru Bian in merajuk fury said:

Sarawak PKR is cancelling its convention on Nov 23, saying the party’s national-level leadership must first put its house in order in the wake of infightings over who should officiate the PKR Youth congress next month.

Hardly surprising Baru Bian went ballistic as he's one of Azmin Ali's Dökkálfar Dwarfs - got to show Boss his loyal fealty.

But PKR Youth chief Akmal Nasir rescinded the invitation to Azmin Ali to officiate the wing’s congress because Azmin Ali sat on that invitation (sent since 22 September) for a month or more. Azmin's 6 o'clock must be mighty "sore" by now, wakakaka.

Who is right and who is wrong doesn't require King Solomon the Wise nor a rocket scientist to know, as it's universally known (well, at least in Malaysian politics) that Azmin Ali and gang (Zuraida Kamaruddin, MB Selangor Amirudin bin Shari, etc), have all been boycotting PKR monthly meetings, presumably in a Cold War against Anwar Ibrahim.

The Dökkálfar Dwarfs have also treacherously acted against their own party president, Anwar Ibrahim, by publicly insisting PRIBUMI's Mahathir remains as PM for the full 5-years term. Hasn't that been a stab in Anwar's stab?

Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail will officiate the PKR Youth congress next month instead of deputy president Mohamed Azmin Ali 

PETALING JAYA: PKR’s top leadership today overruled its Sarawak chapter’s decision to cancel the party’s state-level convention, as a rift widens over disagreement with the decision to snub deputy president Mohamed Azmin Ali at the party’s youth congress next month.

This comes after several senior leaders from Sarawak accused the party’s national leadership of ignoring tradition by not allowing the deputy president to officiate the PKR Youth congress on Dec 6, replacing him with Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.

Central leadership council member Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad, who is the director of PKR conventions nationwide, said the party’s Sarawak convention in Miri on Nov 23 would go ahead following a meeting with state leaders yesterday.

He denied the claim by Sarawak PKR chief Baru Bian and seven other state leaders that the party has turned its back on democracy by making unilateral decisions.

“Our commitment to organisational discipline and rules comes before any tradition,” said Nik Nazmi.

He said the party decided to invite Wan Azizah because Azmin failed to respond to an invitation to officiate the youth congress, and was absent from regular party meetings.

It's good that PKR shows Azmin Ali and his Dwarfs that party members cannot act insubordinately according to their own interests and pleasure.

Yes, it may cause/hasten a factional breakaway but it's a case of better early than late. Azmin and his faction has been behaving in a toxic cancerous way to PKR's stability, strength and Anwar's leadership status quo, whether on Azmin's initiative or on some (or 'a') Batu Api's egging, wakakaka. A showdown at OK Corral now may be in PKR's and Anwar's better long term interests.

Let Azmin take his 10 to 13 MPs and 'x' number of ADUNs with him to Parti PRIBUMI - the treacherous froggy DNA must be deep set in them. But I wonder about Dwarfs like Tian Chua and Dr Xavier Jayakumar etc, on whether they will find a 'place' working with Parti PRIBUMI which denies them membership on the basis of their skin colour.

Let the current turbulent and murky waters in Pakatan be cleared for PKR, DAP and Amanah to find their way to a better future.

Just as I was about to publish this post, last night Azmin Ali made another (treacherous?) move in having (as reported) at least 22 BN MPs and 5 (or more) PKR MPs (his Dwarfs like Zuraida Kamarudin and Kamaruddin Jaafar of Bandar Tun Razak) in his house.

The gathering, also said to be “just a dinner meeting”, but with BN MPs? Wakakaka.

FMT reported that Hishamuddin Hussein was also there. Wakakaka again.

This is very suspicious and clear as to what directions the alleged "Malay Dignity Party" is going, more so when Azmin Ali's 'dinner meeting' happened just immediately after the Tanjung Piai by-election which was a damning referendum on Mahathir's PM-ship.
