I am sorry to say this but I feel the Agong may be going overboard in calling for a conference of Rulers just to select a minority government. Of course there is also the argument of the very tense atmosphere prevailing due to agitation by bigoted groups to achieve their nefarious aim, where a conference of rulers may be necessary to subdue those demagogues.
