  2. Thank you, KT, great write up of this wonderful herb basil. I too often wondered why our malaysian cuisine don't very often use this great herb which has such a wonderful aroma....it makes all the difference to a dish, especially the vietnamese beef noodles.

    After the wonderful BERSIH march yesterday I think I will go for some viet beef noodles tonight, with ample sprigs of basil of course.
