Azmin hints at more defections
Bersatu supreme council member Azmin Ali today hinted that there could be more defections from PKR to Perikatan Nasional.
"1+1+1+...dan seterusnya. Alhamdulillah. Kekal tenang (1+1+1... and et cetera. Praise be to God. Stay calm)," wrote Azmin on Twitter this morning.
Azmin's tweet was published approximately half an hour after Kuala Langat MP Dr Xavier Jayakumar announced his exit from PKR.

The cryptic "1 + 1 + 1" was likely a reference to Xavier's defection after similar moves made by Julau MP Larry Sng and Tebrau MP Steven Choong.
Following the Sheraton Move in February last year, the bulk of Azmin's supporters had followed him out of PKR.
Xavier was among those who were listed on Azmin's team during the PKR's leadership election in 2018.
During the 2018 elections, PKR won 47 seats. Currently, it is down to 35.
