Do you have brains, Najib asks Wan Fayhsal over 2016 photo with Siti Bainun - [Dumbo doesn't even know about "Kerajaan Beta"]

Do you have brains, Najib asks Wan Fayhsal over 2016 photo with Siti Bainun

Najib Razak had posted this picture taken in 2016 when he presented an award to Siti Bainun Ahd Razali, who is now facing a charge of abusing Bella, a five-year-old child with Down Syndrome.

PETALING JAYA: Najib Razak has lambasted Bersatu Youth chief Wan Ahmad Fayhsal Wan Ahmad Kamal for attempting to associate him with Siti Bainun Ahd Razali, the founder of Rumah Bonda, by using a 2016 photograph.

Siti Bainun has been charged with abusing Bella, a five-year-old child with Down Syndrome under her care.

In a Facebook post, Najib questioned the “twisted logic” used by Wan Fayhsal in associating him with Siti Bainun, just because he was the chief guest at an award ceremony, where Siti Bainun was a recipient of a special award from Puteri Umno.

“Just because I attended a ceremony organised by others and she was there, you want to link her with me.

Wan Fayhsal, the dumbo who couldn't understand why HM used "Kerajaan Beta" in his Royal address to the Dewan

You called me a thief. Your boss, Muhyiddin Yassin, used to be with my party (Umno) and he was in my Cabinet as well (as deputy prime minister).

“Using your logic, can Muhyiddin be considered a thief as well? Do you have brains?” he asked.

Wan Fayhsal, the Bersatu Youth chief, shared Najib’s Facebook post from 2016 where he is seen presenting an award to Siti Bainun during a ceremony organised by Puteri Umno.

Najib also said he had been following Bella’s abuse case closely since last year and sympathised with her deeply.

He said he neither picked the award recipient nor knew Siti Bainun personally.

“I think it would be better for you to ask the Puteri Umno chief who organised the event in 2016 and who has now jumped to Bersatu,” said Najib, in reference to Mas Ermieyati Samsudin, who is a deputy minister in the prime minister’s department.

Siti Bainun, 30, is facing two counts of abandonment and abusing Bella, resulting in the victim sustaining physical and emotional injuries, at a condo unit in Wangsa Maju here between February and June 2021.

She was charged under Section 31(1)(a) of the Child Act 2001, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years’ imprisonment or a RM50,000 fine, or both, upon conviction.
