Shafie Apdal, Look into thy broken mirror

Focus on your own party, not PH, PKR man tells Shafie

A Sabah PKR Youth leader says Shafie Apdal shot himself in the foot when Warisan’s six candidates not only lost in all the seats, but their deposits as well, in the Johor polls.

PETALING JAYA: A PKR Youth leader has slammed Warisan president Shafie Apdal for his remarks on Pakatan Harapan’s (PH) leadership, saying the former Sabah chief minister should focus on his own party.

“In Sabah, his party was rejected by the people, they lost in the 2020 state elections,” said Razeef Rakimin, the Sabah PKR Youth information chief, adding that Warisan has also seen an exodus of elected representatives and leaders.

“Shafie also shot himself in the foot when Warisan, which took part in the Johor state elections, not only lost all the seats it contested but its deposits as well,” he said in a statement.

So, he said, it was Warisan that needed to change its leadership if it did not want to lose its deposits in future elections.

Razeef was responding to Shafie’s remarks that the results in three recent state elections showed that the people wanted a change in the PH leadership.

Shafie had said PH could not ignore the heavy losses inflicted in last year’s Melaka and Sarawak polls as well as Saturday’s Johor state elections.

Warisan lost all the six seats it contested in Johor.

  1. Wakakaka...yup, Warisan, especially Shafie Apdal is an Emperor Without Clothes.

The only thing going for him was Atuk's support , to be a tool to undermine PKR.

Now, voters have clearly ignored Warisan.

Jeff Ooi..think carefully which dirty pool you jump into.....wakakaa

  3. He is a Suluk and a useful agent to repopulate Sabah with the regional native islanders. Should the descendents of immigrants dare to complain let them be.
