Answer my questions on Felda, Najib tells Muhyiddin

PETALING JAYA: Former prime minister Najib Razak has called out Muhyiddin Yassin for failing to answer his questions on issues surrounding Felda.
He said the least the Perikatan Nasional (PN) chairman could do was answer his questions since Muhyiddin would not debate him and was instead “hiding” behind PN information chief Azmin Ali.
“If you are not brave enough to debate me, that is fine. If you want to hide behind Azmin, that is okay, too. But answer my questions. Don’t keep deceiving the people and settlers,” he said in a Facebook post today.
This comes after Muhyiddin rejected Najib’s challenge to debate the Felda issue today, claiming that the data and facts already spoke for themselves.
Last Saturday, Azmin challenged Najib to debate him on the Felda issue and also claimed that the former prime minister’s leadership had destroyed the future of Felda and its settlers.
Najib accused Muhyiddin and Azmin of still having Pakatan Harapan’s “deceitful DNA” as they were still not brave enough to answer the questions he posed earlier.
He then listed a series of questions “for the third time this week”.
Issues surrounding Felda are a hot topic ahead of the March 12 Johor state elections given that many of the constituencies have such settlements.
