“Serves you right, PAS!”: Netizens mock the Islamist party for getting scorned by UMNO
WITH PAS upset with its ally UMNO’s cold shoulder treatment for the upcoming Johor state election, netizens took to social media to criticise the Islamist party for cosying up to the nationalist party in the first place.

Echoing Maxcobmara’ sentiments, user Peperomia Gingeria added: “Padan muka PAS (Serves you right, PAS). Hope the scum lebais (clergymen) lose all their seats.”
Netizen Shama Koussa retorted:
Yesterday, PAS Ulama chief Mokhtar Senik accused UMNO of going back to its “greedy and power hungry” ways for offering the latter only four state seats to contest in the upcoming Johor state election.
He added that UMNO had forgotten how its previous electoral victories were derived from PAS’ support.
“UMNO appears to have reverted to its old ways, which is power hungry and greedy for seats. It has completely forgotten that its victories in previous state elections were all down to the assistance and support rendered by PAS.
“However, it seems that no pawang (spiritual healer) can cure UMNO other than defeat,” The Malay Mail Online reported Mokhtar as saying.

On that note, user James Chin said that PAS was finally telling the truth on how UMNO could be forced to mend its ways.
However, other netizens pointed out to Chin that PAS sealed its own fate when it decided to work with UMNO to depose a legitimately elected Government.
“Well, they are a greedy lot too, or else why did they join up with UMNO to wrest power to form a backdoor gov?” asked user Farah Zain.

Hehehe..PAS had been sluttishly flirting with UMNO for some 8 years since 2013.
