"The best Political Statement thus far" - 2022 (1)

I am re-starting an old series of posts I did before, back in 2020 and earlier, that of "The best Political Statement thus far" for this or that year - where "Best" in my opinion could be the truth (very rare in Malaysian politics, wakakaka), humorous or most relevant.



Today I will start off with Jeff Ooi's statement made during his official joining of Warisan that:


Warisan won’t be preoccupied with being antagonistic like DAP


Wakakaka, not that I support Warisan but Jeff has been absolutely spot on about DAP being preoccupied with an antagonistic attitude towards its opponents.



Yes, if you note carefully, Both Lims are always angry, raving, railing, whining and whingeing at everything and everyone (sole exception being their beloved Atuk, wakakaka).

    It is virtually impossible to be an effective Opposition without a strong dose of antagonism, not for its own sake, but to keep the Government on its toes.

    If Warisan really does belief in being Non-Antagonistic, then it will become just a doormat for BN.
    Or , like what Warisan is doing now, spend most of its time and energy attacking Harapan , but a hopeless ineffective Opposition to BN and PN.
