Armed Israeli settlers assault Palestinians, seize vehicle: Report
The Palestinian state news agency, Wafa, has received information from local sources of an attack on two Palestinians at a makeshift checkpoint south of Hebron and the seizure of a private vehicle by the Israeli settlers.
According to Wafa, the incident took place on Friday evening in the Masafer Yatta area, south of Hebron, in the occupied West Bank.
Two young Palestinian men were travelling in a car when their way was blocked by armed settlers who proceeded to spray gas in their faces, assault them, and the seize their vehicle which was placed on a truck and taken to an illegal settlement nearby.
