Judge Su, the judge who awarded damages in terms of humongous sums to the families of Pastor Koh and Amri Che Mat blasted the state for its piss poor accountability.
In the final analysis it's the Malaysian taxpayers' who have to fork out their taxes (money) to pay for the police's (civil servants') mistakes.
It's just unfair when the public has to pay for the mistakes of their salaried security guardians
