Israel’s war on Gaza: 31 killed in Gaza as 750,000 protest in Israel

At least 31 Palestinians were killed in Israeli attacks across Gaza on Saturday, according to medical sources.
An estimated 750,000 Israelis have taken to the streets in one of Israel’s biggest-ever protests as anger boils over at the government’s failure to bring those held captive home.
Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati has condemned Israel’s “blatant violation” of “human values” after three paramedics were killed on Saturday in an attack in southern Lebanon.
At least 40,939 people have been killed and 94,616 wounded in Israel’s war on Gaza.

Deputy Director of Gaza Civil Defense killed along with family in Jabalia
Abu Al-Abd Morsi, the deputy director of Civil Defense in north Gaza, has been killed along with members of his family in a bombing in the al-Alami area of the Jabalia refugee camp, our colleagues at Al Jazeera Arabic are reporting.
