De fact and De ceit about 'De facto'

MM Online - Dr M: Anwar’s name not submitted to RoS (in full):

the euphoria of 'happier' times or just 'happy' times

PUTRAJAYA, July 28 ― Pakatan Harapan (PH) did not submit Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's name to the Registrar of Societies (RoS), Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said today.

The Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM) chairman explained that in the forms submitted to the RoS, the designation of de facto leader exists but no one was named ― the same as all other positions ― in the PH leadership list.

“When we submit the constitution, we don't give the names on who holds the post. We don't put the name but the position is there,” Dr Mahathir said.

The former prime minister added that so far there has been no objection from the RoS on the position of de facto leader in the coalition.

Currently incarcerated Anwar was named as de facto leader of PH alongside his wife and Opposition leader, Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail as the coalition's president and Dr Mahathir as chairman.

According to the RoS constitution, a jailed politician cannot hold any official positions in a party or partake actively in politics.

This is funny and extremely bullshit-ish, wakakaka.

No, it's NOT about Anwar Ibrahim being the de facto leader of Pakatan Harapan (PH) but not being named in the PH Constitution that has been submitted to RoS.

As just mentioned in above MM Online news article, a jailed politician cannot hold any official positions in a party or partake actively in politics, and thus we accept that Anwar cannot and has not been named in the PH Constitution.

Before I explain why I find the PH Constitution funny and extremely bullshit-ish, wakakaka again, let's see what the term 'de facto' means.

The dictionary defines 'de facto' as:

adverb, adjective

1. in fact; in reality:

eg. Although his title was prime minister, he was de facto Imperial Emperor of the country. Although the university was said to be open to all qualified students, it still practised de facto discrimination.

2. actually existing, especially when without lawful authority (distinguished from de jure).

eg. Dr Wan Azizah is de jure President of PKR but Anwar Ibrahim is the de facto leader of the party

Wikipedia tell us:

De facto (/deɪ ˈfæktoʊ/), Latin for "in fact", describes practices that exist in reality, even if not legally authorized.

It is commonly used to refer to what happens in practice, in contrast with de jure ("in law"), which refers to things that happen according to law.

When Pakatan Harapan submits its coalition Constitution to RoS, what, why and indeed how the hell did it refer to a party position as 'de facto'. which is one that exists without lawful authority?

There should be no such thing as a 'de facto' (not legal) position in a properly registered organisation, because the very term 'de facto' means that position exists without lawful authority.

How can a party constitution have illegals in it?

And another funny bullsh*t is Mahathir saying that so far there has been no objection from the RoS on the position of de facto leader in the coalition.

Either Mahathir or RoS or both have been bullsh*tting BIG TIME, wakakaka.

Hubby no 'cum', wifey beaten up

MM Online - In Kelantan, husband beats up wife for refusing sex while on period (in full):

KUALA LUMPUR, July 28 ― A goldsmith pleaded not guilty in a magistrate court in Kota Baru yesterday after he was charged of hitting his wife for refusing sex, with the latter claiming she was on menstruating.

In a report by Sinar Harian, the accused, 49, allegedly committed the offence against his 44-year-old wife at 7am on July 22, in a house in Pengkalan Chepa.

Under Section 375A of the Penal Code that regulates rape, the accused can be jailed for up to five years if convicted.

The man had initially pleaded guilty after he was charged, but changed his plea after hearing the explanation on mandatory jail.

It was reportedly not the first time the wife, a preschool assistant, was beaten until she was bruised and hurt.

The couple reportedly have been married for 19 years with two children, but have previously been divorced twice for the same reason.

This comes as Barisan Nasional’s Setiu MP Che Mohamad Zulkifly Jusoh said in Parliament this week that men were subjected to emotional and psychological abuse when wives withheld sex from their husbands and when they are constantly nagged at.

The remark drew flak from women’s group who insisted that he had “gravely undermined” the severity of domestic abuse cases in the country, while reminding him that forcing sex on a wife is marital rape.

Wifey has been lucky.

In Kelantan, the State's Islamic Law Enactment 2002 Section 128 (1) provides for a fine of RM 1,000 or jail of up to six months or both upon conviction, of those wives who do not provide proper care for their husbands, including not fulfilling their sexual needs.

Kelantan State Mufti Yang Amat Alim Mohamad ShukriMuslim wives MUST provide proper care for their Muslim husbands, including fulfilling their sexual needs of face charges of 'abuse'

The above criminal conviction is enforced on the guilty (wives) in that they have been unjust and abusive towards their husbands.

The above state law has already been emphasised by the State Mufti, Yang Amat Alim, Mufti Mohamad Shukri (I apologise in advance if I have unwittingly omitted a 'Haji' or/and 'Datuk' title or even 'Tan Sri' for the very Alim mufti).

But above wifey has been saved from a State Islamic Law, to wit, Islamic Law Enactment 2002 Section 128 (1), on the fact that federal laws, in said case specifically Section 375A of the Penal Code, overrides State laws.

This is another good reason why we must NOT support Hadi Awang's proposed amendment to Act 355 (UDD355) which seeks to increase the penalties and punishments syariah courts (religion is under state administration) may award, like increasing whipping from 6 to 100 lashes.

So long as we have civil laws in force at federal level, warts and all, alleged victims such as above wifey would be protected.

Kelantan law says not providing husbands with sexual gratification is a crime

MM Online - Withholding sex is not domestic abuse, forcing sex is rape, Setiu MP told (extracts - order of paragraphs re-sequenced:

When debating the Domestic Violence Act (Amendments) 2017 Bill in Parliament yesterday, [Setiu MP Che Mohamad Zulkifly Jusoh] Che Mohamad said men were generally stronger but were subjected to emotional and psychological abuse when wives withheld sex from their husbands and when they are constantly nagged at.

The BN elected representative said another form of abuse was when a Muslim man was denied permission to marry another woman by his first wife or other wives.

Muslim men in Malaysia are allowed to marry up to four wives at a time, but are supposed to get permission first from his earlier spouses from taking in another.

Wakakaka. Bloke sure has his mind on you-know-what.

He was certainly verbally 'walloped' kau kau by civil society groups like SIS (Sister In Islam) and Women’s Centre for Change (WCC) for his lamentations.

But former Shariah Court judge and ex-Terengganu mufti Datuk Ismail Yahya, when asked, had only one word to respond to Che Mohamad’s statement:

But wait, perhaps Che Mohamad might have been influenced by the luckier blokes in neighbouring Kelantan where such alleged abuses by wives towards their hubbies would (not just 'could') be considered as crimes (not just psychological abuses) under state law - Kelantan's laws of course, wakakaka.

As far back as in 2006,
Yang Amat Alim Mohamad Shukri Mohamad, the Kelantan Mufti (then only a deputy mufti), warned us of a religious edict on wives being potentially abusive to their hubbies' sexual needs.

In his (note ‘his’ and not 'the') most brilliant exposition of Islamic doctrines, Yang Amat Alim, Mufti Mohamad Shukri explained that in a marriage, it wasn't always the wives who were abused, but it could well be the poor husbands who were the victims, as currently propounded by
Setiu MP Che Mohamad Zulkifly Jusoh.

Anyway, back to 2006, Yang Amat Alim, Mufti Mohamad Shukri advised that Islamic laws protect both men and women.

Yang Amat Alim, Mufti Mohamad Shukri
Mufti Kelantan

be warned wives of your duties, wakakaka

He warned: "Thus wives who do not provide proper care for their husbands, including not fulfilling their sexual needs, can be considered as being unjust and abusive towards their husbands."

"These women can be charged under Section 128 (1) of the Kelantan Islamic Law Enactment 2002, which provides for a fine of RM 1,000 or jail of up to six months or both upon conviction."

But in a manner not unusual of either important big shots (CEOs, ministers, preachers, etc) or impossible big bullshitters (I've in mind a few, wakakaka)Yang Amat Alim, Mufti Mohamad Shukri, skipped the details.

Yup, Yang Amat Alim, Mufti Mohamad Shukri, neglected to elaborate on how the syariah courts would determine any husband’s claims of his wife 'abusive' failings to satisfy his sexual needs as per, wakakaka, Section 128 (1) of the Kelantan Islamic Law Enactment 2002.

As we know, some husbands may have excessive sexual needs, so the poor wives could be required to perform to super-human standards, you know, 'above and beyond' the call of duty, wakakaka.

Dahleeng, use a Kryptonite to 'soften' his super sex needs

If their wives cannot satisfy their super sexual needs, would those poor wives be still deemed as unjust and abusive by Yang Amat Alim, Mufti Mohamad Shukri, as per, wakakaka again, Section 128 (1) of the Kelantan Islamic Law Enactment 2002?

But truthfully, I would be very interested in how Yang Amat Alim, Mufti Mohamad Shukri, would impartially gauge that a husband has attained sexual satisfaction in his legal act of consummation.

I've been informed that in the West it's supposedly measured by how loud the man (or woman) screams 'OH GOD', wakakaka again.

Or would
Yang Amat Alim, Mufti Mohamad Shukri, be just relying on the hubby's say-so, that the undutiful wife should be jailed for 6 months while hubby gets a new young doll of a wife, thus satisfying both of Setiu MP Che Mohamad Zulkifly Jusoh's complaints? Wakakaka.

Poor Kelantanese Muslim women.

And it seems SEX SEX SEX would always be in the picture if you were to read Malaysiakini's K'tan deputy MB admits error on 'unnatural sex'.

Kelantan's Deputy MB Mohd Amar Nik Abdullah (also PAS VP) said in 2015 that: "Some scholars argue that since wives belong to their husbands, their husbands can do as they like."

The wife belongs to the husband and he can do as he likes? Wow.

Incidentally, the deputy MB of Kelantan was referring to anal sex between the married couple.

He added that this wife-as-a-chattel (mere property) comes from the differences of interpretation of the Quranic verse which states that "wives are tilths for their husbands", and therefore, they can approach their wives in any sexual manner they choose.

Then in Perak the state Mufti, to pound home his authoritative warning to wives, just had to drop names, that of the Prophet (pbuh).

Quoting the Prophet (pbuh) Harussani said that couples, even when riding on the back of the camel, have to have sex whenever the husband demands of the wife an immediate conjugal 'union' - no ifs no buts.

dromedary camel

Yes, our remarkable mufti was talking about doing it right on the back of the dromedary, and not about dismounting (excuse the unintended pun) to 'roll in' the hay desert sand. After all, the camel is also known as the ship of the desert, thus it would be a 'romp' on a 'love boat', wakakaka.

In this sense, Chinese Muslims have an advantage - stop dreaming Ridhuan (wakakaka) as I'm referring to those in NW China - as the camels that live in their domain are Bactrian camels and not the dromedary species which the Arabs have - see photo below to know what I mean, wakakaka. The Bactrians are virtually built like 'love machines' and true 'love boats' of the desert, wakakaka

bactrian camel

Thus, if mufti Harussani is thinking of importing camels into Malaysia to make his point in any 'show & tell', I would strongly recommend the Chinese- Central Asian Bactrian camel, where one can get two humps (excuse the unintended pun, wakakaka) instead of a mere one, wakakaka again.

Of course Harussani also said that there’s no such thing as rape in marriage as that silly belief was conceived by European people and therefore there was no necessity for Malaysians Muslims to follow such a stupid idea.

I've to admit that on matters of sex and sexual gratification, I'm jealous of Muslims as they have such 'wonderful' priests standing strongly and firmly as Muslim men's Guardians of Sexual Needs.

Oh, BTW, have you heard of the houris in Jannah who have been described by Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti (1445–1505 AD) in a Hadith (not al Quran) as follows:

Each time we sleep with a Houri we find her virgin.

Besides, the penis of the Elected never softens. The erection is eternal; the sensation that you feel each time you make love is utterly delicious and out of this world and were you to experience it in this world you would faint.

Each chosen one [i.e. Muslim] will marry seventy [sic] houris, besides the women he married on earth, and all will have appetizing vaginas.

500 years ago we already have an ulama (not Allah swt) preaching sexual gratifications to Muslims.

al-Suyuti must have been a remarkable man to be able to know about the 'assets' of houris in Jannah.

Pakatan Harapan strives for required Malay-ness for Heartland

The Malay Heartland.

please observe only the coconuts and sweetie and ignore the rest

Hitherto, UMNO has enjoyed dominance over the Heartland votes in Peninsular. Does it still do?

Alas for the previous Pakatan Rakyat, even with Anwar Ibrahim and Allahyarhum Nik Aziz as coalition leaders, there was no easy or welcomed access to the Heartland to win over the majority of its vital votes to secure federal victory in any general election.

Yes, Sabah and Sarawak as the Eastern Heartland might have been considered as, according to Najib, UMNO's 'fixed deposit', but in Peninsular, the Western Heartland votes are equally important and imperative to UMNO's survival.

Thus, Pakatan now feels Mahathir is essential to its ability to penetrate the hitherto forbidden Peninsular Heartland.

But even as it sets about its aim, it is embarrassed by the presence of the Chinese-dominated DAP, because Heartland Malays have an aversion to Chinese domination in politics, regardless of whether that rumour is true or otherwise, all thanks to Mahathir's indoctrination of the Malays for more than two decades, for them to learn how to fear, hate and distrust Chinese Malaysians.

Naturally, BN or rather UMNO sets about fanning the Chinese sh*t in accordance with Mahathir's 22-year doctrine, whilst PH, now also under Mahathir (wakakaka), goes on a defensive campaign of denying strenuously that the Chinese-dominated DAP is in charge of PH.

yes, I have a habit of shooting my own foot

melayu mudah lupa mah

Mahathir moaned Malays control Pakatan, not DAP

He whined plaintively, "DAP is not the majority. If we combine PKR and Amanah's parliamentary and state representatives seats, then they have a bigger majority."

"If they (PH) are foolish, then they will choose DAP. But, they are not foolish like that."

Mahathir is right of course that PH is foolish because they have idiotically chosen a man notorious for his despicable despotic dictatorial rule to be their leader despite their claim of being reformist. Aiyoyo, the offensive obscene opportunistic politics of Malaysia.

And don't forget, Mahathir has been treacherous to his own party UMNO Baru, attacking it when he quarrelled with AAB and now with Najib. I wonder how Pakatan people could trust such a habitual traitor (to his own party) to lead them when they have the brazen nerve to criticise Lee Lam Thye as a traitor to DAP? What shameful double standards.

But the problem is, will the Heartland believe Mahathir? Whatever, whichever, however, you can bet Najib and mob are out to discredit him.

MT also reported Mahathir refusing to allow DAP to use Pribumi's logo in the event RoS screws DAP up by the time of GE-14, because Pribumi must remain an exclusively ketuanan Malay party in order to gain the support of Malay voters who, according to Mahathir, are 'still very communal', meaning 'still very racist'.

I wonder who has been responsible for encouraging Malays to be so communal? Wakakaka.

Mahathir had then said: “If they (Malay voters) see a multi-racial party, they will not support it. They (Pakatan Rakyat) got a lot of support from the Chinese, but little Malay support and without it, you can’t win."

“So we can replace Umno with our group (PPBM
, better known as Pribumi), not by being like Umno, but we would be a Malay party,”

I wonder how Pribumi is not like UMNO but you know, that was Mahathir speaking and IMHO, you can't believe a word of what he said or says.

Meanwhile, Kit Siang says: I Am Okay With Dr Mahathir’s Malays-Only Stand.

Do you imagine Kit Siang ever saying that, say, in 2004 or before?

Nowadays, the traitor to Teoh Beng Hock and his family would and will say anything to make his swansong of sitting in Putrajaya come true. Somewhere between 2014 and now, he must have dropped and lost his principles, ethics and previous admirable values and in that unbelievable process broke many of our hearts.

Now, to cut the story short, Mahathir has been assigned, or he has seized control, wakakaka, of the PH responsibility to make a 'beachhead' on the Heartland.

It's almost D-Day at the Malaysian 'Normandy'. Operation Overlord is about to be launched and Commander-in-Chief Generalissimo 'His Imperial Majesty' Dwight 'Mahathir' Eisenhower sent a 'letter' to Pakatan Harapan's goofy gullible guppies (wakakaka), saying (with apologies to the late General Eisenhower):

You are about to embark upon the Great Jihad (refer to General Lim's 929 & 617 Declarations), toward which we have striven these many months.

The eyes of the nation are upon you. The hopes and prayers of young angry people everywhere march with you.

In company with our brave Allies and brothers-in-arms of Pakatan Harapan, you will bring about the destruction of the Barisan Nasional war machine, the elimination of Ketuanan tyranny (which BTW I started, but now is not the time to quibble over silly things in the past) over the oppressed peoples of Malaysia, and security for ourselves in a UMNO Pribumi Baru Baru-er world.
— Mahathir, Letter to Pakatan Harapan Forces

PH leaders, whether Pribumi, Mahathir himself or Lim Kit Siang, will now sing the über Malay-ness of Pakatan Harapan.

Even Wan Azizah was reported by The Malaysian Insight to support the decision to appoint Dr Mahathir as Chairman of Pakatan Harapan despite objections raised by a section of its supporters (f88k those whinging obstructionists), who correctly demanded that the Mahathir be answerable for scandals during his administration.

She mumbled, "I think it is okay if you want to have an inquiry, but at the moment, we four parties have agreed to Dr Mahathir as the chairperson of Harapan.

"There are people who agree with him as chairman and those who do not, but we all move on."

Has she answered the complaints of those who want to hold Mahathir to account for his crimes?

No? Tough luck, but it's typical of her to not answer tough questions as she had previously shown when Chegubard, Jonson Chong, Gobala, Haris Ibrahim and a host of others queried her on the dodgy-ness of PKR's party polls, wakakaka.

She's just being Madame 'Act-Dunno'!

Anyway, she then said, "Let us win the elections first."

Yes, that's like what Donald Trump told the Americans prior to the US Presidential Elections; that's like what the Poms told the Malay sultans in the 1800's and that's like what the Japs promised Asia about 'The Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere' in 1938.

Mahfuz Omar agonises over stupidity in PAS

Recall my two earlier posts, namely:

tuan ibrahim, unlike his pro-umno boss hadi awang, he's more pro pakatan

(a) While Hadi's away, Tuan Ibrahim starts to play (16 July 2017), and

(b) PAS swanks in Permatang Pauh, but sucks in Exco Selangor (25 July 2017).

The former discussed the political proclivity of Tuan Ibrahim, who's now acting as PAS president while Hadi Awang, the Islamic party's president, is away on medical leave (heart operation plus recuperation) as more likely pro Pakatan, thus bad news for Ah Jib Gor and his UMNO mob, wakakaka, unless Hadi Awang gets up from his bed and works hard for his dedak, wakakaka again.

Tuan Ibrahim has also reappointed (note the 're' in 'reappointed') several senior PAS party leaders who were earlier dropped (or removed) from their portfolios by Hadi Awang and his ultra conservative ulama mob.

Tuan Ibrahim has since put them back into key Party positions, hence my post title paraphrasing 'when the cat is away the mouse starts to play', wakakaka.

and it's a PAS fatwa

The latter, above 2nd referred post, narrated the PAS provocative threat to contest in a PKR's holiest of holies, Permatang Pauh (while still sucking at the Selangor state's udders).

That arrogant threat by PAS VP Mohd Amar Nik Abdullah has invited 'friendly fire' from Mahfuz Omar the PAS MP for Pokok Sena, Kedah.

We read of this in today's MM Online which publishes PAS MP flays own party over plan to contest Permatang Pauh in GE14 (extracts):

KUALA LUMPUR, July 26 — PAS MP Datuk Mahfuz Omar has criticised his party’s leadership over its plan to contest the Permatang Pauh parliamentary seat in the next general election.

He said making such a statement meant as if PAS was interested to contest in all of Pakatan Harapan’s (PH) seats**.

** I'll explain Mahfuz Omar's above phrase shortly

“This is a proud statement by PAS. They [PAS] admit to be an opposition, but they refuse negotiate with opposition parties…cannot compromise and want to grab all seats.

“In the end, voters will be frustrated with PAS because it is starting to show traits like Umno,” Mahfuz was quoted as saying in Sinar Harian.

If this continued, the Pokok Sena MP said he was confident a big chunk of PAS members and supporters will “switch directions”.

But first, let me just point out that Mahfuz, a former VP of PAS but alas no more, has been reported as being estranged from his more conservative party colleagues, and has often sided with Pakatan Harapan.

That of course hasn't endeared him to Hadi Awang and mob. He has also been often seen with fellow Kedahan Mahathir and the latter's Pribumi mob.

Early last month Mahfuz questioned his Islamic Party's moronic but DNA-ed inclined reliance on fear as a campaign factor to obtain votes. He scoffed at PAS Youth chief Muhammad Khalil Abdul Hadi's assertion that non-Muslims in urban areas will vote for PAS because those non-Muslims would support it for fear of being seen as anti-Islam.

Mahfuz said PAS will ruin its chances at the polls if it subscribes to such moronic ideas as fantasised by Muhammad Khalil, who must surely be the biggest moron of all times to think up such a idiotic thought (if it could be ever considered as a 'thought', wakakaka).

Now to explain what Mahfuz meant by '... as if PAS was interested to contest in all of Pakatan Harapan’s (PH) seats.'

Mahfuz told FMT last month that non-Muslims will vote only for a party that sincerely wants to replace the current administration.

Thus they won't be unwilling to vote for PAS precisely because the party had said it would compete for only 80 parliament seats and target 40 for victory.

Mahfuz pointed out that the non-Muslims will thus question why they should vote for PAS if it can't change the UMNO-led government.

He emphasised, “Voters will vote for a party that will be competing for all 222 seats and is confident that it will win at least 112 to form the government. This is not just the case for non-Muslim voters, but Muslim voters as well."

“If they vote for a party that, at the end of the day, will ensure BN stays in power, then they have basically wasted their votes.”

PAS has long dreamed of winning another further 60+ parliamentary seats but which depend on the majority of Chinese in those constituencies supporting the Islamic Party.

We are talking of parliamentary constituencies which have Malay:'Non' ratios of approximately 65:35, which ethnic mix were also of Mahathir's ideal preference.

T'was said that the kuai kuai EC arranged those for Mahathir in days when he was assured of Chinese backing (because those Chinese feared PAS rather than loved a man who told them in 1969 to f**k off with their votes).

The plan served Mahathir quite well in his PM days, when in circumstance where Malay votes were split (between UMNO and PAS or anyone else), say, as in 32.5% in each of those king-making federal constituencies, Mahathir would still sweep those seats under his belt with an assured further 35% from the 'nons'.

Those seats have been eyed hungrily by PAS for a long time and thought to be just an idle dream until Anwar Ibrahim came along before 2008 to form Pakatan Rakyat. Then the DAP-sponsored Chinese support for PAS brought that dream a lot closer to reality.

But sh*t happens and before Chinese support for PAS could be firmly consolidated, more so with Pak Haji Nik Aziz's sad demise, an arrogant Hadi Awang led PAS to its acrimonious separation from Pakatan Rakyat and thus the DAP.

Maybe Hadi Awang didn't think far enough like Mahfuz Omar and the Amanah group, or maybe he couldn't tahan those Chinese and Indians in DAP and PKR, but with that political separation from DAP, t'was bye-bye to PAS' desired and much-lusted-after Chinese support in those juicy 60+ federal constituencies.

Alhamdulillah, Allah Akhbar, we were saved in time from PAS stealthy approach into federal power (with gullible Chinese support, which BTW, is still very gullible today, wakakaka) and subsequent intrusions into our lives.

With his deliberately overt 'friendly fire', Mahfuz Omar is attempting to salvage what little he can, though I think the harm has been irreparably done by PAS vice-president Mohd Amar Nik Abdullah in the latter's provocative threat to contest in Permatang Pauh.

T'was not just a threat per se against PKR's holiest of holies but an obvious demonstration of PAS' arrogance in the very face of PKR's muhibbah show of 'bending backwards' for PAS exco's in Selangor.

It's said Malays can't stand ingratitude and PAS has just demonstrated that. And PAS, please don't bother to look to the 'nons' for sympathy because whatever bad falls upon PAS, we rejoice, indeed, very much to our relief.

Adieu False Heart, Adieu MACC

The Malaysian Insight - MACC targeting Penang, says Guan Eng (extracts):

PENANG today wanted to know why the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) was “targeting” the opposition-led state for not signing the Corruption-Free Pledge when there were other states, including those under Barisan Nasional control, that have not inked the pledge either.

Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said, so far, it seemed that only Penang that had been singled out by MACC in its criticisms.

“What makes Penang so different? If we are the only state that has not signed the pledge, we can understand. But there are other states, including BN states,” he said.

“The MACC knows which states. I don’t want to accuse them of double-standards, but I hope they can explain why,” he told a press conference today.

Yesterday, MACC chief commissioner Dzulkifli Ahmad said the agency was “appalled” by Penang’s apparent snub of the pledge.

It looks like it won't be just the RoS and EC which will continuously kacau, cucuk & ganggu the DAP-led government in Penang but also the MACC.

The UMNO-led Administration must be real sh*t scared of DAP when you see them throwing everything but the kitchen sink at Guan Eng. Yes, even that kitchen sink will soon follow, wakakaka.

I would have like to admit I have been surprised by the MACC being silly in asking the Penang government to sign the Corruption-Free Pledge when such a pledge is meaningless unless there are ways to guide, advise and enforce corruption-free governance. But then, I suppose MACC has to 'car-ma' to appease its Towkay, not unlike RoS and EC, wakakaka.

* kt note: 'car-ma' is 'cari makan', wakakaka

It's just silly buggeration paperwork, all form but in reality no substance, but now contradicting myself that's the 'substance' of 'car-ma' bullshit, wakakaka again.

But I have a far bigger surprise than the MACC targeting ONLY the Penang government but strangely (or not so strangely) quietly avoiding other state governments.

That bigger surprise is that the MACC has a pally-buddy relationship with Lim Kit Siang, who as we all know, is the father of Guan Eng.

Two years ago, Lim Kit Siang abruptly abandoned his hypocritical vow to seek justice for the late Teoh Beng Hock.

Poor Beng Hock was not only a Malaysian journalist but also a political aide to Ean Yong Hian Wah, a member of the Selangor state exco.

Beng Hock was hauled in by the MACC for interrogation on alleged DAP's misuse of RM2400, but during his 'stay' at MACC building in Shah Alam, he 'mysteriously' perished in a fall from the 14th floor of the MACC building.

Many including (at that time) Lim Kit Siang believe(d) Teoh was allegedly murdered.

Teoh Beng Hock's fallen body at MACC building

Recalling, it was on 19 July 2014, the fifth anniversary of Teoh Beng Hock memorial forum 'Human Rights and Political Justice' at the KLSCAH, that Lim KS made a speech as follows (extracts):

The scandal of Beng Hock’s tragic death at the MACC headquarters in Shah Alam on July 16, 2009 is not just MACC officers “were prepared to go to great lengths to lie” but the MACC as an institution which went to great lengths to participate in a conspiracy of silence and lies to pervert the course of justice to “cover up” the actual causes and circumstances of Beng Hock’s death. [...]

Beng Hock’s death would be “in vain” if firstly, his killers remain free and unpunished; and secondly, the MACC is not held responsible and liable for his death and instead allowed to “go to great lengths” to participate in a “cover-up” of the actual causes and circumstances of Beng Hock’s death at the TBH RCI, with MACC officers telling “lies after lies” at the RCI.

I call on Malaysians to stand for justice and to make a commitment that they will not rest until the “cover-up” of Teoh Beng Hock’s criminal and senseless murder is exposed and the killers, including MACC, are brought to justice.

DAP and Pakatan Rakyat will continue to highlight the injustice of Teoh Beng Hock’s unresolved murder at MACC premises in the next meeting of Parliament.

Yet, just one lousy year later after his above-mentioned speech excoriating the MACC, Lim Kit Siang himself led DAP and Pakatan opposition leaders to the MACC office in Putrajaya today to show support for the agency against the police who have been questioning MACC officers on suspicion of leaking documents in its investigation on the state-owned fund.

Lim Kit Siang with MACC strategic communications director Rohaizad Yaakob (centre) and other opposition leaders at the MACC Office in Putrajaya, August 6, 2015. — Picture by Yusof Mat Isa

In that flabbergasting volte-face vis-a-vis the MACC, Lim Kit Siang showed his tragic opportunistic hypocrisy to the family of Teoh Beng Hock but worse, to his very own words which we have long respected.

Lim KS broke our hearts by his treachery to Teoh Beng Hock.

But did the MACC provided him with any 'dividends'?

Hmmm, no wonder if I may say so, that a week ago, Lim KS on hearing that Teoh Beng Hock's sister Lee Lan would be making 'hell' for Najib in the coming GE-14, seized that opportunity to propose another Royal Commission of Inquiry to probe again the death of Teoh Beng Hock.

What? No thoughts now for his matey, the MACC?

Has it been 'love' unrequited for Lim KS?

But then, has it been a 'RCI-revenge' attack on the government for having the nerve to hold a RCI on the notorious Forex scam which may implicate Mahathir, Lim Kit Siang's ally?

And that has been my bigger surprise, that the MACC is targeting ONLY and ESPECIALLY the Penang government when its CM is Guan Eng, the son of MACC's pally-buddy, Lim Kit Siang.

Hmmm, OTOH perhaps the MACC ought to be praised (as Lim Kit Siang had praised it in Aus 2015) for not showing any special favours to Guan Eng in carrying its duties, stupid as those 'duties' might have been, wakakaka.

Will Lim Kit Siang now lead another Pakatan delegation to the MACC building to show his support once again for MACC? Well, this time he can take along his new Best Friend, Mahathir.

From my other blog KTemoc Komposes:

Let us not forget Teoh Beng Hock

Alas, someone in the DAP might have forgotten
The evil that was perpetuated on a young man
By a Nazi-like organization that has been rotten
Yet easily forgiven by a political flash in the pan

All for grubby politics, none for integrity nor justice
For a man slain on the very eve of his wedding day
Oh we weep, what treachery to become so solicitous
To abandon principles, an evil crime now is gainsay

DAP leader Lim Kit Siang shook hands with Rohaizad Yaakob, a top Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) official to show the opposition’s solidarity with the MACC

Yet just a year earlier Kit Siang in his article, titled "Malaysians will not rest until justice is done for the killing of Teoh Beng Hock" said DAP and Pakatan Rakyat would continue to highlight the injustice of Teoh Beng Hock’s unresolved murder

what utter bullshit

But I haven't!

When is the MACC going to hand over to the police the person responsible for the untimely death of Teoh Beng Hock?

Teoh Beng Hock, forgotten for grubby politics?
