Ex-PM Ismail Sabri found unconscious, admitted to hospital

Former prime minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob, 65, has been reportedly rushed to the hospital after he was found unconscious earlier this morning.
“With sadness, I would like to inform everyone that Ismail Sabri has been rushed to the Sunway Medical Centre Kota Damansara at 2.30am today.
“He was found unconscious. I urge everyone to pray for Ismail Sabri’s speedy recovery, Insya Allah,” news channel 8TV quoted his unnamed press secretary as saying today.
An aide to the former prime minister confirmed the report to Malaysiakini but said they had no further information.
It was understood that the incident was caused by high blood pressure.
