Hisham's lifeline to Azlan Man

FMT - Only Supreme Council can sack Umno members, says Hisham (extracts):

GEORGE TOWN: Umno vice-president Hishammuddin Hussein has hit out at attempts to sack Perlis Menteri Besar Azlan Man from Umno, saying only the Supreme Council can make such a decision.

Hishammuddin, who is carrying out the duties of Umno deputy president, said any decision to sack a party member must be brought to the disciplinary board, and that the outcome was up to the Supreme Council, not the state Umno liaison committee.

“Any attempts to sack Azlan as an Umno member should not happen, and we should respect the Tuanku’s decision to pick Azlan as menteri besar,” he said in a Facebook post last night, referring to Perlis Raja Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Putra Jamalullail.

“At a time when Umno is still in the process of healing, the people are watching and evaluating all our actions. The people have given the mandate to Barisan Nasional (BN) to lead in Perlis, and that trust must be carried out with full trust.

“Such a thing should not happen. All Umno leaders must be big-hearted and show exemplary leadership to win over and gain the rakyat’s confidence.”

Hisham senses Lim Kit Siang's sinister words in calling for a re-election in Perlis where BN has already won 10 out of 15 state seats.

Maybe he (Hisham, that is) is wise to play it safe, considering the current odds are all stacked against BN - to wit, a un-constitutional-behaving monarch, and a hostile federal government with a free lancing chief provocateur.

  1. The UMNO 9 MPs and leadership should have seek council with HRH Perlis and understand why Azlan was picked. Perhaps the HRH saw something that the still-blinkered-eyes of UMNO did not, and its never wise to derhaka against the Sultans (even if Mahathir & Anwar does that every so often, wakakakaka).

    1. Yes. That's why PAS has always been practising what it preaches, and the evidence are the long & uneventful rule in Kelantan & the smooth transition in Terengganu. This unlike the chaotic horse trading, backstabbing, back and forth frogging, done by PH & BN. PAS is stable like a rock, and from this rock we will grow bigger & reach wider.

    3. I'm amazed at your reading deficiency, and even more astounding is your ability to make conclusions out of thin air. Just because I support a consistent and principled party, which happens to be PAS, you somehow can come up with the wild assumption that I'm a Muslim, a Malay and furthermore someone else. No wonder you can mistaken KT as your long lost father.

  4. Poor BN after the Big War is now fighting civil wars within it's remaining territories.

Civil wars are usually drawn out affairs which weaken the state further until it collapses and the neighbouring states just comes in and install a new Govt.

LKS, Ceasar, Empress, Emperor and the rest of the PH Generals should just be observers having just won a big War.

Why interfere in a civil war among enemies? Do not shed unnecessary blood of own soldiers. Let the soldiers recuperate for the next big War.

  5. "I feel your pain..." Bill Clinton..

    Sob...sob...sob.. ..

I can almost feel sympathy for Hishammuddin. Just a bit over 2 weeks ago they were Masters of The Universe.
Their word was Law in Malaysia.

Now they have to worry about what Lim Kit Siang rants in his blog.

Then I remember the Keris waved in our face by Keris Hisap-Puting. Then my tears turn into Crocodiles....

    3. Hisham, just like Najib and Mukriz is riding on his father's coattails. They have no charisma, personality, intelligence or vision worth speaking of and all should be kicked into oblivion. Heck, even Wan azizah would outshine these bunch of losers who only know how to play racial politics and nothing else
