CNN has just reported that a bomb blast has occurred at London Liverpool Station -several people are reported to be hurt. Officials described the blast as "major". The entire city Underground has been closed.
Additionally, a double-decker bus near Russell Square suffered an explosion. Witnesses saw the top section of the bus flew into the air.
