UKRAINE ARMY BREAKING DOWN, MASS SURRENDER CAUGHT ON VIDEO
More than 10,000 Ukrainian troops have surrendered over the past three months using a special 149.200 VOLGA RADIO FREQUENCY which the Russians keep open for surrendering troops. The Russians also drop leaflets describing details of how to surrender. The surrenders are being taken up to avoid bloodshed. Surrendered troops are treated well by the Russians. Wasn't the Ukrainian Army supposed to have been collapsing and surrendering en masse around Bakhmut, as reported by Ktemoc and Syed Bodoh some six months ago ?
