Guantanamo Bay is in damage control over the Koran desecration scandal as it has finally admits but to a ‘lighter’ version of the abuses.
For example, accusations of guards splashing urine on a detainee and his Koran was explained as a guard urinating outside the cell but near an air vent. It seemed that "the wind blew his urine through the vent" and into a cell block.
