Malaysian Protocol of the Elders of Zion

Wikipedia informs us:

The Protocols of the Elders of Zion (Russian: Протоколы сионских мудрецов) or The Protocols of the Meetings of the Learned Elders of Zion is an antisemitic fabricated text purporting to describe a Jewish plan for global domination.

The forgery was first published in Russia in 1903, translated into multiple languages, and disseminated internationally in the early part of the 20th century.

According to the claims made by some of its publishers, the Protocols are the minutes of a late 19th-century meeting where Jewish leaders discussed their goal of global Jewish hegemony by subverting the morals of Gentiles, and by controlling the press and the world's economies.

Today many people in the West and some in the East (Malaysian-Indon-Indian Muslims) still believe in the Protocols of the Elders of Zion.

Well, the alleged world-domination antics of Jews have been transferred to the Chinese, with the new Protocols called OBOR (One Belt One Road), courtesy of IRIS, Malaysia's Research and International Strategy (IRIS) Institute

Substitute Jews with Chinese (namely, of Malaysia, Singapore, Indon, Thailand, Philippines etc) and you have your revised Protocols.

Have a read of The MM Online ‘Sinicisation’ fears a facade for racism? by Zurairi AR.

Zurari informed that it is slightly disappointing that in the end, their [Research and International Strategy (IRIS) Institute] research — from the history of the Malay civilisation, Chinese and Western influence in historical Tanah Melayu and later Malaysia — could not escape the ethno-nationalist constraint that is championed by the ilks of Ikatan Muslimin Malaysia (Isma).

“Sinicisation” as it is widely used refers to the spread of Chinese influence among non-Chinese societies, especially when it comes to culture, and specifically the Han Chinese.

The concept discussed by the book is much more sinister, of an attempt at world domination and invasion.

Furthermore, the discourse that transpired during the book’s launch — either deliberately or not — was muddled by racism and discrimination, considering that the ethnic Chinese which have long been Malaysian citizens, were also chastised, despite them being threatened by China nationals as well.

Having Isma’s deputy Abdul Rahman Mat Dali launching the book inevitably set the tone of the discourse; that when talking about the sovereignty under threat from China, they did not mean Malaysian sovereignty, but instead Malay-Muslim supremacy.

Taking a cue from another problematic chapter of the book that suggested the Chinese diaspora as a tool for China to increase its influence in Malaysia, Abdul Rahman questioned the allegiance of the ethnic Chinese community here and alluded to their “natural” tribal ties with China.
[...]

Continuing Zurari said: In recent years, it has been used by the lobby to refer to a spread of Chinese population from China, southwards to South-east Asia, along the way eradicating the Muslim population starting from the Champa Kingdom — which they claim are the ancestors of Malays here.

This was popularised by folk historian Zaharah Sulaiman at an Islamist symposium in 2013, where she extended the Nam Tien to include the “invasion” of the Chinese into the Malay archipelago, which she claimed was backed by foreign Western powers who had then stripped the ancient Malay peoples of their riches and knowledge.

In recent months, we have seen a renewed campaign meant to stir up Malay sentiments ahead of the general elections.

We are in a unique situation where the status quo is pro-China, while Pakatan Harapan has included in its manifesto one of its “10 Pledges in 100 Days” to review mega projects awarded to foreign countries; we have to be careful to not scapegoat our own Chinese community.

There should be no question about the Chinese community’s loyalty towards Malaysia. Nor should they be expected to show allegiance towards the Malay-Muslim cause.

Congratulations Cinapeks & Cinasohs, you are now members of the new Protocol of the Elders of Zion.

  1. Ktemoc himself has in the past promoted conspiracy theories of Jewish and conservative Christian collusion for world domination.

  2. The concern over China PRC ( read China PRC , not Chinese race) attempt at economic and strategic hegemony in Asia is genuine , but it must be kept clearly a political, economic, military and strategic concern, not racial.

Ethnic Chinese-majority Singapore is one of the most overtly apprehensive nations in Asia on the issue.

  3. Brunei has already awarded mega oil and gas projects to China.

    2. Brunei's oil and gas reserves have less than 20 years lifespan. New, yet unproven technology may extend that further.
15 years e.g.remainding life is not interesting for O&G on normal commercial terms, that's why most international oil companies were glad to sell off to China players.
I believe China is not in it for normal commercial terms.

    3. China imports closed to 90% of her oil from oversea & almost all these oil has to be transported, via Strait of Malacca then then south China sea, back to the mainland refineries.

These imported oil is the driving force of China's well-being & prosperity.

The mentioned oil route is strategically critical to China.

Along this route, S'pore is considered a closed alliance of US, despite her majority Han Chinese related population (what say u, the ‘Sinicisation’ fear mongering proponents?). S'pore has allowed US arm forces, especially the Navy, to use her military bases. This action has directly angered China. As in the event of a war/conflict between these two powers, the US can easily strangled the oil supply of China.

To counteract the US military presence in S'pore (US military presence in Philippines is zilch under President Duterte), China is building up her presence in the South China sea by fortified the Nasha islets/shoas within the Nine-Dash Line.

At the same time building large manucfactmanu facilities in the countries (Brunei/Kuantan, M'sia) close to the south China sea. These facilities will come in handy during time of war!

Besides, the successful exploration & mining of the methane hydrate deposits as a viable alternative energy source in the South China sea has strengthen the importance of the Nasha islands group to the Chinese.

So u r RIGHT to say part of these large scale developments r not just for commercial!

  5. Just got a feeling this article is pointing towards the dangers of Mahathirism vs the OBOR in which the current BN Govt is proOBOR.

  6. The current bn govt is not proOBOR. It needs the money & the economic spillovers for jobs & development. But no other countries r willing to invest in such long gestation projects, knowingly that the current govt will fall due to kleptocracy.

China is different into this investments for a different reason.

PH, hopefully, will be practical about these OBOR projects as long as M'sia wouldn't get suck into regional war conflicts between US & China.
