  1. No Matter How Many Times You Rename It, The Scarborough Shoal Will Always Belong To The Philippines.....

NO AMOUNT OF CHINESE PROPAGANDA CAN TURN SCARBOROUGH SHOAL INTO CHINESE TERRITORY.

China can call it “Huangyan Dao.” It can repeat the name a thousand times. It can send ships, issue threats, and flood the world with propaganda.

But a Chinese name does not create Chinese sovereignty.
This is Bajo de Masinloc—Scarborough Shoal. It lies within the Philippines’ 200-nautical-mile EEZ, where the Philippines has sovereign rights and jurisdiction recognized under UNCLOS.

So if China wants to dispute this, stop hiding behind intimidation and answer the law.

SHOW THE WORLD THE LEGAL BASIS—not another propaganda statement.

Because international law is not a Chinese menu where Beijing gets to choose which rules it likes.

CALL IT “HUANGYAN DAO” ALL YOU WANT. A NAME DOES NOT CHANGE THE LAW.

๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ THE PHILIPPINES WILL NOT ASK CHINA FOR PERMISSION TO KNOW WHAT BELONGS TO OUR RIGHTS UNDER INTERNATIONAL LAW.

China wants a response? Here it is: PROVE YOUR CLAIM UNDER INTERNATIONAL LAW.
    WE ARE WAITING.

  2. ooop… all those quoted UNCLO rules of law, have a significant clause that entrenches the historical importance of claimed sovereignty prior to its establishment.

The pinky has NONE & emphasized such facts in ALL its previously issued official documents when under Spain & Yankee colonial rules!
