Israel kills at least 1,760 people seeking aid in Gaza since May – UN
- At least 25 Palestinians, including 12 aid seekers, killed by Israeli attacks across Gaza today.
- The UN human rights office says at least 1,760 Palestinians have been killed while seeking aid in Gaza since late May, a jump of several hundred since its last published figures at the beginning of August.
- Eleven people, including a child, have starved to death in Gaza in the past 24 hours, raising the total number of hunger-related deaths in the famished enclave to 251.

Israeli settlers raid Palestinian tents in northern Jordan Valley
In further settler violence in the occupied West Bank, a number of armed Israeli settlers have raided tents belonging to a Palestinian man in al-Farisiyah village, Wafa news agency is reporting.
The agency said that settlers had previously raided the man’s tents several days ago, assaulting his sons and leaving one with bruises requiring hospitalisation.

- The director of Gaza City’s al-Shifa Hospital, Mohammed Abu Salmiya, has told Al Jazeera that the lives of more than 200 patients at the facility are in danger due to malnutrition and acute shortages of medicine.

- In the occupied West Bank, four Palestinians have been wounded in an attack by Israeli settlers north of Hebron near the town of Halhul, while another person has been shot and wounded by Israeli forces in al-Eizariya, a town bordering occupied East Jerusalem.
