We are fortunate to have many examples of ancient written Aramaic as well as Ancient Egyption text. Not on paper, of course, but inscriptions on walls and dug up pottery and burnt clay tablets.
The written word for the Aramaic & other sub-languages for Amen/Amin is totally different from the Egyptian Amun.
