Recent court ruling keeps Najib in Kajang Prison
Najib’s academic efforts come amid ongoing legal developments related to his imprisonment.
Most recently, the High Court dismissed his judicial review application seeking to compel the authorities to confirm and implement an alleged royal addendum that he claimed would allow him to serve the remainder of his sentence under house arrest.
The court ruled that the matter was not justiciable, resulting in Najib remaining in Kajang Prison.
