I read Liew Chin Tong's writing in Mkini....really misguided, surprising for DAP's supposed "strategist" Most DAP supporters are very clear that Mahathir betrayed PH through his actions long before the "Sheraton move" as well as after.
poor sod, playing the betrayal card thinking people will feel sorry for him while the sandakan fruitcake grin with delight, a 95 year old man has more fighting spirit and righteous than him for wanting to return the mandate back to the people regardless, when it is the right time to stand up to the old man, he chickens out, lawan tetap lawan my foot
KT gets satisfaction when PH cracks at the seams while Muhyiddin robs the country dry; 2 billion to Sarawak, more for Sabah if they play right....
DAP's compromise, 6 months for Toonsie and then Anwar to take over is the best option, but not to be.....????
QUOTE Chief of Malaysia’s Petronas quit over payment to state, say sources Friday, 19 Jun 2020
KUALA LUMPUR, June 19 — The chief of Malaysian energy giant Petronas quit this month after disagreement with the prime minister over giving more oil money to one of the country’s states run by a government ally, sources close to the government and the company said.
Extra payments would hit Petronas and the national budget at a time the novel coronavirus has dampened oil prices but could also raise questions over the management of state finances as Malaysia seeks to rebuild its reputation after the international scandal over state fund 1MDB.
Petronas Chief Executive Tan Sri Wan Zulkiflee Wan Ariffin resigned after a disagreement with Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin over a plan to pay US$470 million (RM2 billion) in sales tax to Sarawak state, five sources close to the government and the company said. UNQUOTE
Talk about counting chickens (or frogs) before they are hatched.
PKR have fallen into a trap, thinking Anwar will be PM just because their 38 MPs say so.
There is no point demanding Anwar to be PM, when that simply can't happen without Sabah MP support. Sarawak is already as good as sealed for PN with Petronas' money.
Get the 112 MPs first, this is only possible with Toonsie as PM for 6 months, then deal with the Devil later.
That is just for the consumption of the gullible guppies and loyal footsoldiers who deliver them the votes at the ballot box and the seats in parliament and state assemblies, when all this is about a quest for power and the opportunities it brings and eff the people.
