Why was BERSATU's Adam Radlan allowed to keep his acquired bribe of RM5.8 million after paying a compound fine of RM4.1 million?
Masih untung RM1.7 million lah.
Teresa also cited another case where an elected representative and his aid kept their illicit accumulation amounting to hundreds of million ringgit after paying a relatively wee wee fine.
AGC please explain.
