Even stronger credibility of alleged Malay Unity government

Malaysiakini:

Kadir Jasin doesn't buy 'Hisham move' story

The prime minister's media advisor, A Kadir Jasin does not appear to believe that Umno's Hishammuddin Hussein was out to throw a spanner at Pakatan Harapan's succession plan.

Instead, Kadir believed that speculations of Hishammuddin's clandestine dealings with Dr Mahathir Mohamad probably had more to do with Umno's current problems.

Umno, argued Kadir, was facing a leadership problem because its most recognisable faces - former president Najib Abdul Razak and current president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi - were facing corruption trials.

Moreover, there are those within Umno who are uncomfortable with the party's coupling with PAS.

This had allowed Hishammuddin to emerge as the party's de facto leader, said Kadir.

"It appears that his words are being taken more seriously by Umno members and the public than those of (former Umno president) Najib (Abdul Razak) and (current Umno president) Ahmad Zahid (Hamidi)," wrote Kadir (photo) in his blog today.

When Mahathir's chief mouthpiece, namely, Kadir Jasin, speaks, you can bet it's on behalf of or for Mahathir.

Obviously it's reasonable to speculate that it's in Mahathir's interests to disabuse any notion that the Mamak himself was the prime instigator (of course with henchperson, wakakaka, Azmin) in a conspiracy to deny Anwar Ibrahim the Pakatan promise of DSAI becoming the 8th PM under Pakatan rule - oh, the treachery in shafting the DAP and Amanah in their 6 o'clock (the latter being quid pro quo for PAS participation), wakakaka.

But as someone who has long been suspicious of Mamak as a Mafulat Machiavellian Manipulator, kaytee has come to the (speculated) conclusion that Pak Kadir has been summoned once again to conduct damage-control operations to save Mahathir's face (and arse).

Pak Kadir's seeming analytical intervention at such a crucial stage lends strong support that indeed the conspiracy of such an unhealthy wicked plot within Pakatan has credible grounds.

Saifuddin Nasution calls the alleged plot as having 'strong circumstantial evidence' whilst DAP Charles Santiago was more blunt towards (and suspicious of) Mahathir, calling on the PRIBUMI Party PM to evoke a firm 'No' to help dismiss allegations of a transition conspiracy involving UMNO and PAS, instead of a nebulous-ambiguous-evasive "They can try" kerbau.

PM should give a firm 'NO' to allegations of a plot to oust DAP & Amanah from Pakatan
instead of providing an ambiguous response

I personally reckon that Hishamuddin, as the son of a much respected Hussein Onn, would hardly be the initiator of the alleged (very racist) conspiracy. In fact, we are aware he has been dragooned into becoming part of the alleged plot to eff Anwar, as a quid pro quo by 'City Hall' for exonerating him from being charged for misdemeanours during the previous government. Latheefa Beebi, are you reading this? Wakakaka.

Yes, our dear Hisham was embroiled in controversy over land swap deals in the Defence Ministry when he was its Minister during BN’s time, though he has denied any wrongdoing.

UMNO provides even stronger 'circumstantial evidence' of the Mahathir-Azmin plot by Ahmad Maslan saying UMNO will be watching keenly on the supposed power transition in May 2020, and that in the event Anwar is not handed over the PM position, a new coalition government may likely eventuate.

What 'new' coalition government?

Wakakaka, with Mahathir, there is a always some form of Mafulat Machiavellian Manoeuvre going on. And we know how much he hates Anwar.
