Malaysians should not spread any pictures of the religious school that suffered a fire this morning which killed 24 people to respect the victims as well as their families, the Malaysian Islamic Development Department (Jakim) said today.

Since when has Jakim been so concerned about respect for Muslims?
Hasn't Jakim supported the continued life-long labelling of innocent babies born out of wedlock as virtually 'bastards'?

Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Minister Noh Omar said that the tahfiz school that caught fire early this morning did not have a valid permit from the fire and rescue department for the building to be occupied.
“The school had submitted the architectural plan to the department.
“However, the department had not given the school permission to use the building.”
