Three killed as Russian missiles hit central Ukraine region, governor says

KYIV, July 23 (Reuters) - Three people were killed as 13 Russian missiles hit a military airfield and railway infrastructure in Ukraine's central Kirovohrad region on Saturday, the local governor said.

Speaking on television, Governor Andriy Raikovych said two security guards at an electricity substation had been killed. He also said that one Ukrainian soldier had been killed and nine more wounded.

Raikovych said the strikes had disrupted the electricity grid and that one district of the regional capital Kropyvnytskyi had been left without power as a result.

  2. In any case, this is UKRAINE territory.
The US and Europeans have every right to provide Ukraine with the means to defend its sovereign territory.

Only fools and idiots believe Ruzian claims and commitments at face value.
Ruzia hits Odessa port wuth missiles less than 24 hours after grain movement deal.
I expect Ruzia will claim there were US and European weapons hidden inside the wheat silos, and there will be idiots who believe Ruzia claims.

    1. Wakakakaka…

      2 facts to ponder.

      1) the extensiveness of the explosive damaged indicating the target is itself of explosive nature.

      2) the Ukrainian has no disputed the contents of the targeted vessel.
