Teoh Beng Hock's murder unsolved even under Pakatan (DAP) government

Extracts from FMT:

The TBH (Teoh Beng Hock) trust said it was holding Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad responsible for not acting against the two officers.

In 2014 Lim Kit Siang said pompously (and like fools we believed him):

"Beng Hock’s death would be “in vain” if firstly, his killers remain free and unpunished; and secondly, the MACC is not held responsible and liable for his death and instead allowed to “go to great lengths” to participate in a “cover-up” of the actual causes and circumstances of Beng Hock’s death at the TBH RCI, with MACC officers telling “lies after lies” at the RCI."

"I call on Malaysians to stand for justice and to make a commitment that they will not rest until the “cover-up” of Teoh Beng Hock’s criminal and senseless murder is exposed and the killers, including MACC, are brought to justice."

One year later (in 2015), to support any agencies against then-PM Najib and to win Malay votes, Lim Kit Siang (same man who said above) cozied up with MACC strategic communications director Rohaizad Yaakob and other opposition leaders at the MACC Office in Putrajaya, August 6, 2015 (Picture by Yusof Mat Isa)

what a fCking hypocrite and traitor to Teoh Beng Hock's family and his memory and just one lousy year after his pathetic pompous speech vowing to seek justice for TBH's death at MACC HQ in Shah Alam

“MACC is administratively under the jurisdiction of the Prime Minister’s Office. Unfortunately, the PMO takes no action to end the culture of impunity which was widespread during the BN era,” the trust’s chairman, Ng Geok Chee, said in a statement.

“We contend that MACC’s lack of accountability is the PM’s lack of the accountability. The prime minister has unavoidable responsibility to uphold rule of law and take action against criminals and human rights violators.”

do you think he cares a sh*t about justice for Teoh Beng Hock when he has Car No 3, Jap visits (pinjam duit), Lynas, his own power & position and his sons' future on his mind?

It is learnt that Hishamuddin, one of the main suspects in Teoh’s death, was appointed to head MACC’s Pahang chapter, while Anuar, who arrested Teoh, was appointed as deputy director of Sarawak MACC.

Hishamuddin
This is the guy we want

Ng said the appointments were a mockery of Mahathir’s recent claim that only “the blind, dumb and deaf would think that PH and Barisan Nasional are the same”, adding that no action has been taken against officers implicated in Teoh’s death.

But Latheefa said the duo were not promoted.

“There is no promotion of any of those officers involved, so I don’t know what are they talking about. They better verify their facts before they come out with statements,” she said

She said any investigation into the Teoh episode is not under MACC’s jurisdiction.

  1. Just like LYNAS, the Teoh Beng Hock case is DAP caught in a politicised trap of its own making.

All the thoroughly investigated objective evidence shows that Teoh killed himself, yes, possibly after being subject to high pressure interrogation.

It could well be administrative wrong doing, but NO
    murder was involved.
