Fate's naughtiest ironical joke on Malaysians

On 23 Dec 2014, I mentioned that one thing is for certain, Minister Aziz Nazri is always the PM's man, whether the PM be AAB or Najib. He is the unofficial 'head-kicker' or bouncer for the PM, wakakaka.

I have also spoken about his Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde personality, his muhibbah-nes (eg. towards Eli Wong) versus his nastiness which we witnessed just recently.
I am quite sure he was assigned to kick the head of Robert Kuok, probably as suggested by political analysts, to marshal the Faithfuls to the keris-ed banner or to mask some other embarrassments, wakakaka.

I have mentioned all above just two days ago in my post Minister Nazri hits below the belt with pondan call.

On 16 September 2010, when Najib announced his 1Malaysia policy to emphasise more strongly ethnic harmony, national unity, and efficient governance, Mahathir had already showed his lukewarm displeasure to that by saying in a press interview:

The 1Malaysia slogan must be explained in detail to the people of various races living in the country, to provide a holistic understanding of the concept.

When I speak to the Chinese and Malays, they have differing views and cannot be united. I feel an in-depth explanation is needed.

They (people) do not know which one is for the Chinese or which one is for the Malays. If (they) ask me to explain, how can I explain? It was not me who introduced the slogan.

Yes, "which one is for the Chinese, which one is for the Malays" would be very very typical of Mahathir, a bloke who has never liked Chinese, even way before 1969 and especially after 1969 when they took him at his words that he didn't need Chinese votes and thus elected PAS' Yusof Rawa instead of him.

allahyarhum Yusof Rawa, PAS President

thanks to Chinese support for the first time (1969) he defeated Mahathir in Kota Setar Selatan

Mahathir sneered at Chinese votes, saying he could do without them, so they gave it to PAS - kamsiah

Mahathir was unhappy with Najib's 1Malaysia, because as I had suspected, he couldn't bear the thought that under Najib's 1Malaysia administration, O Horror of Horrors, the Malays might no longer be the ketuanan race.

But today, when he is in Pakatan he sings a different tune. So, would you believe him when he says he would maintain BR1M (Bantuan Rakyat 1 Malaysia)?

On 02 August 2014 the Star Online reported Nazri agrees with Penang proposal to bar foreign cooks in hawker stalls.

Suddenly, just two weeks after Nazri's chumminess with Guan Eng in Penang, on 15 August 2014, FMT reported Nazri takes friendly fire which reads (extracts):

Nazri Aziz’s support for Lim Guan Eng’s proposal to ban foreign labour from cooking Penang street fare is one such case to highlight. More recently, there was an attempt by a pro-Umno blogger to link Nazri to a video of a group of people frolicking in their birthday suits on the beach in Teluk Bahang, Penang. Wakakaka

can you see Nazri among the frolickers? wakakaka

The blogger zeroed in on Nazri and attacked him for his cordial relations with the DAP Chief Minister of Penang, seeing some connection in Nazri’s presence in Penang at the time the video was purportedly taken. Nazri, in his usual frankness, wakakaka, called the blogger “stupid” and “sub-standard”.

This episode with Nazri in his role as the Tourism Minister supporting the government of Penang isn't particularly controversial by any yardstick. But in the eyes of pro-Umno bloggers, Nazri had crossed the line because he was depicted in photos as having far too much fun with Lim at the Penang Arts Festival.

'Tis said that our fractured society and poisonous education system have created a toxic political environment, which gave/gives birth to the belief that 'colourful' politics should never be colourful but only in black and white a la George Bush's "you're either with us or against us".

And the party is the government is the party, and should never be cordial with the 'enemy' on the 'other side'.

Thus the blogger's attack on Nazri no doubt drew support from certain sections of UMNO.

Continuing with the FMT article - A fanatic’s mindset would never admit fresh air and sunshine into its recesses. The ultra would not acknowledge that any genuine act of good or kindness from the enemy is even possible.

Thus when Nazri strays into the crosshairs of the blogger’s “target acquisition system”, already pre-set to select Pakatan targets, the operator of the missile fails to discern friend from foe. He recognises Nazri, but fires anyway. “That smiling man must be an ally of the enemy; why else would he be in a war zone?” he thinks to himself.

'Bruce' with Eli and Teresa and one dummy Hong Kongean (in yellow tracksuit), wakakaka

3 days later, on 18 August 2014, TMI reported Dr Mahathir withdraws support for Najib government.

As Nazri is known as a PM's man and thus also as a Harbinger of the PM's inclination, and Nazri was seen to be chummy with Lim GE, Mahathir might have been alarmed by Nazri's friendliness with Lim as a harbinger of Najib's wooing of Guan Eng (and the DAP)?

I had then speculated the following (ie. in 2014):

Najib wanted to progress Malaysia onward and out of a likely coming slump - obviously he didn't want to be known or seen as the PM of Malaysia who had allowed his country to become a failed state.

Unlike UMNO's hardliners, he assessed he needed the nons to support him in his development plans, and more so in the next election a la 2004.

The MCA, MIC and Gerakan were monumental failures in their inability to gather support from the nons in 2008 GE and confirmed in 2013 GE, so to Najib they were f**king useless. Sorry to my mateys in MCA, Gerakan and MIC for my blunt words but wakakaka I have to be bluntly truthful.

PKR was automatically persona non grata because of Manmanlai, wakakaka, while PAS in general, thanks to the ulama (wakakaka again) and their desperate need for UMNO to make up the necessary 2/3 to support the Hudud push, has already been in the Malay Muslim Unity bag.

By simple elimination, there remained only the DAP which coincidentally has enormous Chinese and Indian support - as alleged, 90% of Chinese support. Najib wanted to harness those support - do you remember the Najib-sation of Hindraf, not so much for its failure but for the fact that Najib wanted its claimed Indian support, wakakaka.

it's a miracle MGR's picture is not in poster, wakakaka

Hence Nazri frolicking around (not on Teluk Bahang beach lah, wakakaka) in Penang enjoying himself with Guan Eng, would be seen as Najib's Head-kicking Heretic Harbinger indulging in his pally-buddy chummy relationship with DAP's Lim GE with a (to UMNO hardliners) sinister plot of forging new alliance.

For UMNO hardliners like Mahathir, to cooperate with the DAP would be considered as an act of political heresy. But that's precisely why Nazri had that vanguard reconnaissance role, to test the DAP water with his toes and to also take the flak (friendly fire) from the anti-DAP UMNO-ites.

Najib of course didn't necessarily require the DAP to join the BN, but to cooperate in bipartisanship on a number of development fronts.

But Mahathir's withdrawal of support for the Najib government, as reported by TMI on 18 August, was a dire warning to Ah Jib Gor, which sure as hell put a stop to the suspected UMNO (Nazri's) cosiness with DAP.

not f* happy, Nazri , you bloody watch it

Yes, Nazri's whole-hearted support of Lim's 'no foreign hawker-cook' proposed policy was alarmingly seen as a give-way-to-DAP gesture.

MCA, MIC and Gerakan have been worried too but WTF could they do, wakakaka - wait, maybe they ran to tell daddy and cry in his lap? Wakakaka. Yes, even today Nazri has still demonstrated, much to MCA's chagrin, that he likes DAP better than he does MCA, wakakaka again.

Read also Malaysia's Nazri: MCA not voice of Chinese, DAP, 'Tokong' Guan Eng are in which Nazri stated:

From my point of view, the party that won the most Chinese seats would be the voice of the Chinese. And that's not MCA.

Looking at the results of the 2013 general election, you can easily deduce the voice of the Chinese in Malaysia is DAP and the boss is 'tokong' (deity) Lim Guan Eng.

That is why I work with him because he is the voice of the Chinese.

He (Kuok) is not the voice of the Chinese, he just happens to be a Chinese.

And I then speculated/suspected that has been why Mahathir launched a preemptive strike against Najib's wannabe-friends with DAP by withdrawing support from Ah Jib Gor, wakakaka.
So if my speculations were right, poor Najib had to hold that chummy-buddy-matey plan in abeyance to please the Olde Man of the Sea sitting on his shoulders, wakakaka, and at the same time to show he's not particularly chummy with the DAP by charging DAP politicians with all sorts of bull sedition, at least until a more fortuitous period avails.

PERKASA formed after GE13 as an ultra Malay pressure group to ensure Najib would be kept on his Malay toes

So subsequently, when the Malay Mail Online reported Nazri Aziz backs Dr M, says in-fighting turning Malays into beggarsI knew that a bloke like Nazri who so detests Mahathir, having called the former PM a racist, must have been acting on behalf of his boss, the PM. Najib must have heeded Mahathir's warning in the latter's withdrawal of support for him, well at least temporarily, wakakaka.

It was so unlike Nazri's character to explain why he supported Mahathir then, saying:

... that division within the Malays have made political beggars of the country’s largest ethnic group.

... Dr Mahathir’s statement was meant to “wake” up the Malay, adding that the race would remain at the mercy of minorities should they continue to bicker among themselves.

Isn’t it begging if you are divided into three? What is happening now is back then the Malays were united and didn’t have to worry about the Chinese votes but when they are divided they have to squabble to get support.

That's vintage Mahathir for you, always resenting Chinese support (1969) but still desiring it (1999), as now (2018).

In other words, remember this was in 2014, I believe Najib succumbed (at least temporarily, wakakaka) to Mahathir's continuous criticism of him and his government, especially on the 1MDB issue, and made worse by the non-stop buzzing on the local grapevine (some no doubt spread by hopeful Pakatan supporters, wakakaka) that Najib's term as PM was nearing its end.

But in the end, it has been one of Fate's naughtiest ironical jokes on us all, that Najib who had wanted to coopt the DAP into his embrace (through Nazri's chumminess with Guan Eng), is today still fighting the DAP, whilst the Old Man who hated the DAP so much and had indirectly warned Najib in 2014 not to play hanky panky with the Rocket people, is now in the Rocket's cockpit, wakakaka.

sekarang saje, tunggu saat lah, bagi dia mampus

wakakaka

    1. "Nah..one more extra large bucketful of dedah...well done my paid-blogger from down under, catching up with your Manchester Sifu who can turn black to white and then back again from white to black in an instance..bagus, bagus, nah..ni bagi u bonus dedak !"...so crows Ah Jib Gor. Wakakaka

Actually...Ah Jib Gor has no true allegiance to any one or cause. He just simply wants to be among the richest in the shortest period of time...did he not himself said " Cash is King?"

He knows full well MCA tak bolih di harap...all or almost all ( some said 90% ) of Chinese now supports DAP. So for this man of no true allegiance or loyalty, making overtures to the sworn enemy is no sweat if this ensures him eternal power on the throne. Great example is his "coup" of PAS...see how the Bawang is now eating out of his hands...Cash is indeed King, wakakkaka.

By the by, since Equanimity is no longer playing hide and seek in international waters and is now under 'tangkapan'...would the long suffering Malaysians at least get back at least the 1 Billion of our money that was used to purchase that yacht. Let's not forget another 400 million that the Swiss is claiming now since our government is making tak tau, that this money does not belong to 1MDB. So for the Swiss it is finder's keeper, since no one else is claiming the loot. I heard the AG has outright rejected claiming the yacht back to us...his annoyance is boiled over when reporters asked him. Alas, when these big-time thieves and their accomplices refused to acknowledge their crimes, any recovered loot is lost...so that means we the rakyat lost TWICE, once when Ah Jib Gor made MF pay all 1MDB debts and the interest incurred and now even part of the recovered loot cannot be claimed back!! Aiyooo...

    2. OK..for some lite moment :

With the seizure of Equanimity, Najib Razak immediately calls Jokowi. " Joko, I thought the friendship between our countries goes a long way !"

Jokowi replies.."Yes, as a matter of fact, it does. But the friendship between Indonesia and the US has also been just as good, so we decided to keep your fiend's ship " Wakakaka

    4. A small tip...to enjoy this lite moment...the catch is in the play of the words 'friendship' and 'friend's ship'...wakakaka. There's not much of a story here, arabian nights or otherwise, hehehe. Got it ?

    5. The sickest ironical joke in Malaysia is how Billions have been stolen in broad daylight, but everyone pretends nothing was stolen.

Even when well-meaning neighbours near and far have recoverd good portions of the money, no effort has been made to claim it, because it is Buat Tak Tahu to admit any theft occurred in the first place.

Meanwhile....the cash stolen from the borrowed funds is missing, and the borrowings still has to be repayed. That is being done by selling land to China and various cash-rich parties.

If no money was stolen, how come there is no money to pay back the borrowed loans ?

Where ARE the 'burrowed' loans money, then?
