Ehud ‘Hermann Goering’ Olmert

Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert must be the most thick-skinned person in the world, or the biggest bullsh*ter. On Sunday he said he had made numerous and unsuccessful overtures to Lebanese Prime Minister Fouad Siniora to talk peace, though he didn’t elaborate when.

He lamented:
"How natural it would be if the Lebanese prime minister replied to the many requests I conveyed to him, through different people, to sit down together, shake hands, make peace and end once and for all the hostility, fanaticism and hatred that part of his country feels towards us."

"How natural ..."? No doubt he has either the hide of a rhino or the hypocrisy of Tony B-liar.

If you were Fouad Siniora, would you want to shake the hands of the man who ordered the region’s most powerful air force to pulverise your country into rubble and wantonly kill your people, including numerous children and women? Would you touch the hands that sowed 100.000 cluster bomblets in your country, that will guarantee more dead and maimed children?

Would a Jew shake the hands of
Hermann Goering?

No, he would instead ask for Goering to be sentenced to death for crimes of conspiracy to wage war, crimes against peace, war crimes and crimes against humanity. In fact, Hermann Goering was sentenced to be executed for those crimes.

But Goering's Luftwaffe didn't maliciously destroy the entire infrastructure of any country. Goering's Luftwaffe didn't deliberately target children. Goering's Luftwaffe didn't drop 100,000 cluster bombs during the last 72 hours of the one-sided air war.

Ehud Olmert's air force did all that. Thus, Olmert, even more than Goering, deserve no less than Goering's fate for crimes of conspiracy to wage war, crimes against peace, war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Siniora had said earlier (on Thursday) that the Arab peace initiative of 2002 offers peace and normalisation of Arab relations with Israel in return for its return of all land captured in the 1967 Middle East war, establishment of a Palestinian state and a solution to the Palestinian refugee issue.

Siniora said Lebanon was committed to that peace process once Israel returns to its 1967 borders, and Palestine is recognised as an independent nation.

He said on that basis, Lebanon will have to be the last Arab state to sign a peace deal with Israel that provides a just, comprehensive and lasting peace.

Given the Israeli reluctance to return stolen land because of their Judaistic religious significance, Siniora might have to wait for a while, but Ehud ‘Hermann Goering’ Olmert would undoubtedly continue with his peacenik charade for the benefit of his American supporters.
