What sort of society have we turned into? A truly despicable act on an elderly person

Was the person who did it related to her and is unhappy or upset with her?
Was the person who did it to her is mentally retarded?

It was reported that she was set on fire at the premises of a number forecast operator in Taman Pusat Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.
