Trump-Bibi Meeting: US Will "Knock The Hell" Out Of Iran If Nuke Sites Rebuilt

Trump-Bibi Meeting: US Will "Knock The Hell" Out Of Iran If Nuke Sites Rebuilt

Among the more notable moments during President Trump's visit with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu while hosting him at the Mar-a-Lago resort Monday, came when the two discussed potential future military action against Iran.

Trump threatened to "knock the hell" out of Iran if the country starts rebuilding its nuclear program again, after the US major June 'bunker-busting' strikes on three nuclear facilities as part of the June war.

Trump warned that the US would "have to knock them down" if there are any signs of reconstruction at either Fordow, Natanz, or Isfahan.

He said the following while standing beside his close Israeli ally Netanyahu:

"Now I hear that Iran is trying to build up again," Trump said. "And if they are we're going to have to knock them down."

"We'll knock the hell out of them," Trump added. "But hopefully that's not happening."

This is music to Netanyahu's ears, also as he reportedly pressed his US counterpart on greenlighting possible new strikes on Iranian ballistic missile sites, which Israel says constitutes a threat to the whole region.

Another interesting moment came when Trump encouraged Israel to "get along" with Syria, after constant and ongoing military incursions into Syrian territory.

Somewhat comically, Trump said: "The new President of Syria is working very hard to do a good job, he really is... You're not going to get a choir boy to lead Syria... So, I hope they're going to get along."

'Choir boy' likely alludes to the fact that President Ahmed Sharaa is the founder of al-Qaeda in Syria, and once was even the envoy of the head of ISIS.

When Assad was overthrown in December of last year, this took out a major player in the 'pro-Iran axis' in the region, and removed a big problem for Israel. Of course, Syria also had the best Russian-made anti-air defenses in the whole region. But now Syria is fragmented and weak, and easier for Israel to control, just as Netanyahu and the US-Gulf axis desired.

As for Gaza, the two leaders agreed that there should be a deal to continue the Gaza ceasefire "quickly" - but it remains that disarming Hamas is the main sticking point.

But this is easier said than done, as Hamas still has enough armed members to keep an insurgency going, even if on a small scale, possibly for years to come.

  1. Iran has been declaring "Death to America, Death to Israel" since 1979.
This is Declaration of War. Any nukes is a threat and they deserve to be knocked back to the Middle Ages.

  2. Israel's nuclear weapons program, unacknowledged, has never ben used to threaten another country.

While Iran's national policy, both openly stated, and through decades-long actions, is the annihilation of Israel.
There is no doubt as to the purpose of thr Iranian nuclear weapons program.

Israel is correct in ensuring the Iranian nuke programs is destroyed and not to be reconstituted again.

    1. According to an unsigned story on April 12, 1976, in the early phases of the [Yom Kippur] war Prime Minister Golda Meir ordered the assembly and arming of 13 nuclear bombs. The story suggested that it was that specter of nuclear escalation that led U.S Secretary of State Henry Kissinger to act firm and fast to provide Israel with the most massive weapons airlift in history.

T'was said that Golda Meir (in exasperation and desperation, seeing possible defeat to Egypt) said "We'll will toss our nuclear bombs left and right"

    5. 27 Oct 2005 Iran's new president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad describing Israel as a "disgraceful blot" that should be "wiped off the face of the earth".
In November 2014, Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei published a book and a nine-step plan on his official website for the "elimination" of Israel.

These are public "I told you so so " statements by Iran leadership of intention to destroy Israel.
Compare to zilch grounds substantiate its claim of fart about Golda Meir which no credible statements have ever surfaced.

    6. The 1973 Yom Kippur War Crisis
Initial Alert: When the combined Egyptian and Syrian surprise attack severely overwhelmed Israeli conventional forces in the initial days of the war, particularly on the northern front near the Golan Heights, Defense Minister Moshe Dayan suggested considering the use of nuclear weapons as a "demonstration" option.
Meir's Decision: According to declassified documents and historical analysis, Meir reportedly dismissed Dayan's initial proposal, telling him "to forget about it". However, as the military situation worsened, she authorized the arming of 13 nuclear bombs and placed Israel's nuclear-capable Jericho missiles and aircraft on alert.
Signaling the US: While no direct, explicit threat was made to an Arab nation, the alert served as an urgent signal to the United States. The Israeli ambassador informed President Richard Nixon that the situation was dire and that "very serious conclusions" might occur if the US did not provide massive military aid.
US Response: The US intelligence detected the Israeli nuclear deployment. President Nixon, understanding the gravity of the situation and the implicit threat of nuclear escalation, quickly initiated a massive conventional weapons airlift (Operation Nickel Grass) to resupply the Israeli military.
De-escalation: With the arrival of US aid and successful counteroffensives by Israeli forces, the immediate military threat subsided, and Meir ordered the nuclear alert to be cancelled.

The above was official. Unofficially Golda Meir was also reported to have said: "We'll toss a nuclear bomb left and right" as a final measure if Israel was losing.

You are too committed to Israel to accept that the Samson Protocol (using nukes) was a reality
