Kuala Lumpur police chief Rusdi Isa said the case is being investigated under Section 380 of the Penal Code for theft.

PETALING JAYA: 

Kuala Lumpur police have arrested two officers to aid in investigations into the alleged theft of RM300,000.

In a statement today, Kuala Lumpur police chief Rusdi Isa said an investigation paper had been opened on the two officers, an inspector and a corporal, aged 44 and 34, respectively.

They were remanded for a day yesterday and the case is being investigated under Section 380 of the Penal Code for theft.

“The public is advised not to make any speculations that can disturb the investigation,” he said.
