Arak = alcohol, spirits, liquor, wine
Will a Malay-Muslim be confused with the wares inside an Arak shop or the Arak section of a supermarket? WTF was he/she doing inside such a shop?
Will a Malay-Muslim be confused with a bottle of arak, even if labelled as 'Timah', say, confusing the word 'Timah' on a bottle of arak with the name of Fatimah, daughter of a prophet? Would he/she be so stupid?
Will a Malay-Muslim be so confused that he/she may-will then quaff said bottled labelled 'Timah' taken from an arak shop-stall?

Either these are people who are very weak in their faith and need to be cocooned or simply plain stupid.
Or perhaps it is a manifestation of an arrogant mindset that their way is the only way.

ReplyDeleteThey are easily tempted into Haram activities such as drinking alcohol, illicit sex, gambling....either that or easily misled into extremist interpretations of Islam.
