Malaysia - Land of Disappearing People

MM Online - Pray for Pastor Raymond Koh and other missing persons — CFM (extracts):

FEBRUARY 2 — As we approach the first anniversary of the violent abduction of Pastor Raymond Koh from the streets of Petaling Jaya on February 13, 2017, the Christian Federation of Malaysia urges churches and Christians to continue to look to God in prayer and to seek a closure to this dastardly act on a servant of God.

Raymond Koh

Let us in the coming days go before Almighty God to make intercession before Him that Pastor Raymond Koh may be found and be reunited with his family. Let us remember his beloved wife Susanna and his dear children Jonathan, Esther and Elizabeth in our prayers.

Amri Che Mat

I humbly join Archbishop Julian Leow Beng Kim, chairman and the executive committee of the Christian Federation of Malaysia, in above message to recover Pastor Raymond Koh, Amri Che Mat, Joshua Hilmy and his wife Ruth.

However, as an atheist, I prefer to direct my message of appeal to the new IGP (not the tweeting twit) ...

Datuk Seri Mohamad Fuzi Harun, IGP

... rather than Archbishop Julian Leow's God who seems to be always busy elsewhere whenever there has been a problem on Earth, like the Boxing Day Tsunami in 2004, hurricanes in USA and typhoons in the Pacific region and China, tsunami and earthquakes in Japan, fire at a South Korean hospital, shocking starvation in Africa, massacres in the Middle East, etc, where mainly Christians have been affected adversely, with many fatally.

OTOH, I apologise if I have been wrong about God gone missing. Maybe Christians like those under the pastoral care of Archbishop Julian Leow and clerical colleagues haven't been praying hard enough to attract His attention? Get on to it, mateys, please, though I have feared and still fear for their disappearances.

All Christians, Hindus ... in fact ... all Malaysians should also pray for M Indira Gandhi so that the police can find her missing-hiding former husband K. Padmanathan but now renamed Muhammad Riduan Abdullah who abducted her youngest daughter Prasana Diksa and illegally-unilaterally converted her as a Muslim nine years ago.

  1. Mullah Najib condones Islamist extermists.

Sadly, nothing is going to come out of the official Malaysian law enforcement agencies other than just going through the motions.

  2. The previous IGP should have been removed from his position when he refused to execute a High Court order for the Polis Raja to Malaysia to recover Indira Gandhi's day.
The person who has the authority to remove him , Mullah Najib, instead chose to play to his base.

  3. In many religions, there is a very important principle of individual free will in one's action.
This is true in both Christianity and Buddhism. Karma arises from individual free will.
The human tragedies in the Middle East and Africa ( a major factor in the African famines is human created wars and failed governments and failed economies) were created by human beings through their own free will, so don't go around blaming God.
Even the fire in the South Korean hospital is suspected to arise from serious negligence, so may be largely human created.

Your Atheism is founded is really shallow and ignorant understanding of religion. You go around spouting verses from the Bible, but what you have is just rote memory without real understanding.

As I said, Ktemoc's atheism is founded on ignorance and prejudice.

    3. Mutual respect for other religions is the cornerstone of Religious harmony and peace in the community.

If you, as an atheist do not believe in any religion, that is your personal affair, and I don't give a fuck.
But Ktemoc's Atheism is grounded on sneering at other's religion, in his case, especially Christianity and Judaism.
      I find that detestable.

  4. Adults have a legal right to disappear. If the police do find them and then if they express their reasons for leaving their families and friends, then the police (IGP) must respect that and would not be able to tell their families where they are.

For Indra Gandhi's case, I want Prasana Diksa to be reunited with her mother first. On whether her daughter will be/remain a Muslim is a different issue.

    1. Wa lau-eh..... such a creative imagination!!!

All those who had disappeared mysteriously & under the investigation of Suhakam have NO case as they r ADULTS!!!

Why not saying no case bcoz YAS is involved??

      Pariah!

    2. Pariah is too sedate a word for such a creature who is capable and willing to twist and turn in such despicable manner....in this context of obvious abduction especially of Pastor Raymond Koh. I almost fell off my chair reading his spiel 'adults have a legal right to disappear..."

Even his " I want Prasana Diksa to be reunited with her mother first" did nothing to ameliorate my sheer disgust with this fella. One wonders if he would blithefully spout this line if his own father were to be abducted in the same manner as what happened to the Pastor !

  5. Rote memory, ignorance and prejudice , these are the hallmarks of this Bloggers world view.

Not surprising from his Sekolah Kebangsaan background, which a short stint in New South Wales university obviously failed to mitigate.

  6. very unfair of the wrter to accuse the Arch Bishop , for being "missing ". The writer is obvious being an atheist he does not undestand religion and the other 'sde of a religion, Other than he (the Archbishop) duty a as spritual responsibility ne equally looks into the "sosial aspect "unlike some "katak bawah temporon. Maybe an atheist need to undestand this and study more before being arogant to blame or accuse a person As for blaming and "barking at the wrong "tree, he should address the mising person issue on the IGP. where he is loaded with the Govt and police machninery , being an EX SB chief , and Malaysian Police SB unit is known for his efficiency , should be the party to address your grievences and unhappiness . The Archbishop does not have such facillitres , so GO and BARK tjhe Right Tree ....
